The Oktyabrsky District Court of St. Petersburg recognized the song of the rapper Oxxxymiron (Miron Fyodorova) "Oyda" forbidden to spread. This was reported from the courtroom by the correspondent of North. Realiy.

At the trial, the prosecutor, relying on the examination of St. Petersburg State University, said that the rapper "indicates the need to react the house, that is, the country" and positively evaluates the separation of part of Russia, namely "Ingria" in the track.

Now all the services are required to delete "oh". In addition, copies of the decision will be sent to Roskomnadzor so that it blocks direct links to the song.

The process against the artist initiated the "Safe Internet League" led by Ekaterina Mizulina.

Oximiron himself did not come to the meeting. Among the defendants, in addition to him, Yandex, Yandex.Music, “Sound” (Streaming Service belonging to “Sobtak”) and VKontakte were included. Representatives of the companies did not come to the meeting either.

At the last meeting, the producer Fedorov Evgeny Murodshoev was attracted as the defendant. She also did not appear at the meeting, but sent explanations to the court’s e -mail that she "took comprehensive measures to remove the composition." In her opinion, she does not bear responsibility for the further spread of the song. The prosecutor did not agree that the measures were exhaustive, since Oida is still available on the Oximiron page in VKontakte.

Earlier, the same court fined Fedorov for 70 thousand rubles for the line contained in the song "Okhda" Ingria will be free. " In it, the court saw a call to separatism - the department of St. Petersburg from Russia.
