The Muscovite was detained and arrested again at the exit from the special detention center. He said he was tortured with a stun gun

Muscovite Timofey Rudenko was detained on June 2 at the exit from the special detention center in Sakharovo, where he was serving 15 days of arrest under the article on petty hooliganism (part 1 of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and was again arrested for 10 days already. This was reported to OVD-Info by a friend of the man.

On May 18, Rudenko was detained at the Zhukovsky airport when he was about to fly to Kyrgyzstan. He was taken to the Ostankino police department, where they drew up a protocol under the article on petty hooliganism - the man allegedly used obscene words at 3 am and molested passers-by on Prospekt Mira. On May 19, the Ostankinsky District Court arrested Rudenko for 15 days.

The man was supposed to leave the special detention center on June 2, but this did not happen - at the same time, the employees of the institution stated that there was no such person in the special detention center. Later it became known that Rudenko was detained again.

On June 2, the Butyrsky District Court found him guilty under the article on petty hooliganism associated with disobedience to the police (part 2 of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and arrested him for 10 days.

Rudenko reported that police officers used a stun gun on him, and also stated that he could “atone for his homeland” by joining the Wagner PMC. In addition, according to Rudnenko's friend, they put his head under the wheels of a car.

Rudenko's mother reports that over the past year he was detained five times for hooliganism, three of them at the exit from the detention center. According to her, her son served a total of 50 days of arrest. She suggests that the man is being harassed because of anti-war statements on the Internet.
