A Muscovite who was twice arrested after attempting to leave the country was not released from the Sakharovo special detention center.

In Moscow, Timofei Rudenko, a local resident, was not released from the Sakharovo special detention center - he was serving his second administrative arrest there in a row and was supposed to be released at 11 am. This was reported to OVD-Info by his acquaintance, who met Rudenko at the detention center.

“The checkout time was at 11:05,” the girl said. She called the special detention center three times, at 11:18 the officers told her that Rudenko had already left. “Go here 300 meters, 5 minutes. No one moved here at all, there were no people, no one came out. And, accordingly, how much time has already passed - now 11:52, ”said a friend of Rudenko.

She added that three cars drove past: the local administration, with foreign numbers and the Skoda Octavia, which was driven by a driver wearing a face mask. Earlier, Rudenko's mother told an OVD-Info interlocutor that the last time her son was detained on the territory of the special detention center, he was taken away in a Skoda Octavia without license plates, the driver was also wearing a mask. “This, of course, is a so-so assumption, but we don’t have others,” the girl said, adding that this time the Skoda Octavia was with numbers.

The girl called the police and left a message about the kidnapping; now the security forces should come and interrogate her.

Since the beginning of the war, Rudenko was placed under administrative arrest five times, and each time he was charged with an article on petty hooliganism (Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). “There were three administrative offices a year ago, he was released for the third time,” says his friend. In 2023, administrative arrests began to be ordered after an attempt to leave Russia for Kyrgyzstan: on May 18, Rudenko was detained at the Zhukovsky airport, then arrested for 15 days. The security forces stated that he allegedly used foul language at 3 am and molested passers-by on Prospekt Mira.

On June 2, Rudenko was detained at the exit from the detention center in Sakharovo, after which he was placed under arrest for 10 days. Then the young man was found guilty under the article on petty hooliganism associated with disobedience to the police (part 2 of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

Rudenko told his relatives that during the detention at the airport, unknown persons in masks, without identification marks, used a stun gun on him. They also stated that the young man could "redeem himself for his homeland" by joining the Wagner PMC.

Rudenko's mother suggests that her son is being persecuted because of anti-war posts on the Internet. His friend, who told about the incident, does not have exact information about Rudenko's statements: in all likelihood, the posts on VKontakte became the reason for the persecution.
