Razin was found guilty of “discrediting” the Russian army (Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code). An administrative case was opened against him because of the anti-war rally on May 9. With their help, as stated in the court decision, he wanted to “attract citizens to boycott the celebration of Victory Day and conduct a special military operation.” Razin managed to give one leaflet to a passerby, and 15 minutes after the start of the protest he was detained.
