When I came to the department, everyone shook my hand. They said that it was great to watch such an action and that it brought glory to the area. But they said that they couldn’t do without a fine, because there was a resonance,” Shchelokov told Regnum journalists.
On May 23, a video appeared on social networks in which a farmer using equipment made the inscription “I am Russian” on a field. After this, the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Nizhny Novgorod region began an inspection, since the use of drones had previously been banned in the region, and the video showed that it was filmed using a drone.
