According to David Sharp, the senior and senior officers should not be at the front line and personally raise the soldiers into battle, but, on the contrary, must be in places where they can ensure the most effective management of units and formations entrusted to them.

Note that near the highest and senior officers, as a rule, there are less high -ranking subordinates, whose death, however, is also a serious loss for the Russian army.

Today, Ukraine has a very powerful long-range weapon, such as Storm Shadow missiles, which probably struck the headquarters of the 35th Army. This weapon acts at a distance of more than 250 kilometers, which allows you to reach objects in all continental territories occupied by Russia and to most of the annexed Crimea. Therefore, under the blow are all senior commanders in these territories.
