According to the "Focus Contour", the OMP company appeared in 2019. Its founder and director is Maxim Kotelnikov, an employee of a subsidiary "TsST" "Acoman", noted "important stories". The annual revenue of the OMP last year amounted to 2.1 billion rubles. Moreover, according to the public procurement website, the company has never participated in state tenders.
The control owner of the Central Department Store with a share of 50.85% is Alexander Zakharov, the chief designer of the drones. The rest belongs to the Kalashnikov concern. Among the clients of the company are the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Emergencies, the Investigative Committee, the State Field. Since 2011, the Central Department Store has concluded such state contracts for 3.3 billion rubles.
