"They will continue to beat." Teachers were put for shooting at the Z-Banner and knock out recognition in the arson of the military registration and enlistment office

At the end of April, the court appointed two years and ten days of the colony to the 36-year-old English teacher from Kansk Andrei B. (the name was changed at the request of his parents), who shot a banner with an advertisement for military service under a contract. At the trial, Andrei said that "did not want the death of soldiers during the hostilities."

Meanwhile from him, According to relatives, they also knocked out recognition in the arson of the district military registration and enlistment office.

“I refused [to admit] what I was very upset, then, on the way to the camera, I stumbled and, having fallen, cut my forehead and broke my leg, of course, they didn’t apply any violence to me,” he was trying to iron the teacher in a letter from the SIZO. “I heard from some people that they would not leave me at rest, because it is important to be guilty of whether it was guilty [ The district military registration and enlistment office occurred on the night of September 24].

Andrei spent 26 days in the prison hospital. Then he was returned to the pre-trial detention center of Kansk, and on April 21 the court announced the verdict.

“The son sends us his drawings from the pre -trial detention center, including drawing his cats there, dreams:“ I so want to return to my cats, I don’t want anything else, ”says Andrei Svetlana’s mother.

"Quickly agree that it was you set up the military registration and enlistment office"

The prosecutor requested two years and eight months of the colony for Andrei. The teachers accused two criminal articles - about hooliganism and the threat of murder. According to investigators, on October 16, he shot him from the hunting rifle in the center of Kansk, and on the way home allegedly threatened the murder of a neighbor.

“There was not even a conflict,” Andrei's mother assures. - The neighbor stood, smoked, the son returned with a gun, came up, said: "What have you seen?" It was, apparently, excited. Neighbor: "Yes, I saw everything." He took out a knife: "Did you definitely see something?" He: "Yes, I saw." Andrei pushed him away, and that’s all, there was nothing more. And investigator Novikov, who investigated, wrote that they fought, rode on the ground. Although at the trial there was a neighbor as a victim. And he said: “I didn’t beat him, didn’t touch him with his hands, didn’t approach him at all. He didn’t touch me either, the knife showed me, I ran away, and that’s it,” says Svetlana.

In the very first days after the detention, Andrei tried to blame the military enlistment office in Kansk for arson. His mother and lawyers assure that back in October 2022, there were abrasions, bruises, traces of shock strikes, traces of handcuffs, and knees were torn off. Andrei also told his mother that investigators threatened him with rape if he did not admit arson.

The military registration and enlistment office in Kansk was set on fire on September 24. The unknown threw a bottle of combustible liquid into the window of the first floor. After the start of the Russian large -scale invasion of Ukraine in February last year in Russia, attempts were made arson of several dozen military enlistments and other government institutions. Almost no such attempt led to big fires, there were also dead and victims. In total, from the beginning of the invasion of Ukraine, the military enlistment offices set fire to more than 70 times. The General Staff of the Russian Federation said that cases of arson of the military enlistment offices will be regarded as terrorist attacks and punished with a period of up to 15 years in prison. This entails much more severe punishments. On January 31, for the first time in Russia, the court sentenced the court under the article on the attack for the arson of the military commissariat. The accused from the Khanty-Mansiysk district Vladislav Borisenko was sentenced to 12 years in colony.

- On the very first day after the arrest in October, they began to torture: "Admit that it was you who set up the military registration and enlistment office." 20 hours beat in Kansk. They came to me on the night of February 28: "This is your son, say that he admit [in arson]!" - says Svetlana. - He was kept without any lawyer, without any call to his relatives, he did not have a living place. I came to the hospital to meet with the head doctor: "You know, I came to find out about my son’s condition, he was very much beaten into a pre -trial detention center, brought to you." He looks at me: "What, you can’t be, I would have brought me here at two in the morning." He called the doctor. Therefore, he says: "Scar on the forehead and a broken knee."

Imagine, two weeks have passed already, and he still had a scar on his forehead and a broken knee. "What happened when he did you?" Silent. Then his son said that when he was brought in a lasaret in a isolation ward, the paramedic was bandaged and immediately forced to wash the floors, remove blood in the corridor, because everything was flooded around. But the next day they sent to the hospital, nevertheless they were afraid that the head was broken and there could be consequences. Otherwise, no one would have recognized [about beating].

Then the son was transferred to Krasnoyarsk and there, too, was immediately beaten. They closed it to some room, dubasil-dubsili, and the next day they came, sat down and said: "Write the recognition of the military registration and enlistment office." Then he was threatened with rape - they say, you won’t write, we will rape you here. It was the numbers on October 27–28. He spent the whole of November in the hospital, and then he was beaten again on January 5. On March 3, they began to torture him again, knocking out confessions in arson.

They said: "You are already tired of us, let's quickly agree that it was you who set fire to the military registration and enlistment office." They brought into another room, went two completely different people in masks, began to stupidly beat. The next day he was sent to the hospital, because everything was in the blood there, his elbows were greatly broken.

I wrote to him: "They will even kill, do not admit that I did not do!"

It is horrified that it was also after the verdict was sentenced. That is, they are still trying to knock out his recognition that he had set fire to the military enlistment office. Two years of prisons for a shot in the air did not reassure them! For 8 months they keep him in a pre -trial detention center. And they will continue to beat and threaten rape - that’s what I'm afraid of.

- That is, there were few two articles by which he was found guilty?

- Yes, if it weren’t for the military registration and enlistment office, not arson, no one would have kept his son in a pre -trial detention center during the investigation, before the trial. You never know who shoots into the air, they shoot at our weddings. And on the very first day after the arrest in October they began to torture: "admit that you were set fire to the military registration and enlistment office."

Svetlana says that she does not feel safe now.

“They even threatened me.” When the son was beaten for the first time, immediately after the arrest, they said to him like this: "Now we will bring your mother here and in the same way we will torture her." In February, when they came to me, they sat at this table at night, threatened: "Say your son to admit everything, otherwise you will be bad."

And after all, they also launched such a rumor around the city that he “communicates with Ukraine” on the network, that he was allegedly transferred from Ukraine. Therefore, we are afraid of everything - and “frostbitten patriots” who believe all this, and investigators who constantly blow him.

- About beatings and threats, you yourself, as the mother of the victim, wrote a statement?

- We wrote, only the sense? When his son was beaten for the last time, and he ended up in the hospital, my husband and I “lost it” again, came with my husband to meet in a pre-trial detention center, then I said in my hearts to an employee of the isolator that I myself, a doctor, work in a children's colony: “We have children, but we somehow protect them, we treat them. And my son is beaten up for the fourth time that he is in the hospital.” He for me: "What are you inventing? We can’t have this, no one beats anyone from us, what are you?! We have cameras everywhere."

I say: "You have no cameras in this room where they beat." - "Well, it is to blame, you can’t get there."

All the same, they wrote another application for the last beating with a lawyer to the Investigative Committee. There is no answer. Also, I think, they will answer: "Nobody beaten, nothing is visible to the cameras."

"Son has increased empathy"

-Why did the son still shoot this banner?

- It fell, it seems to me. My husband, his father, at one time served in Afghanistan, talked a little about what it was - a war, how people die, how hard it is to return to a peaceful life. And the son did not want so many people to gone. For the second year, people bring coffins, is this normal? We have no particular work in Kansk, so at first there were a lot of volunteers, then the coffins were taken, they are not very advertised aloud, but they still see when they are buried. Already, of course, there are no people.

My son has increased empathy, he constantly fiddled with these cats, connected us to help. Homeless cats, dogs, some kind of wounded bird-he picks up all of them, heals. There is a group in Kansk, a shelter, he volunteer there. He had 4 cats, the fourth-on overexposure, but could not find the owners where to put it.

He constantly transferred money to the “Give a chance” fund, bought food, took cats and cats for overexposure. He does not have a car, so my father and I helped him on his own. Three cats were. One of the beloved one, we are trying with the father, nevertheless, to preserve for him, and two had to give a volunteer-she already attached them to the families.

Of course, he was worried about when the war began, and when the mobilization was declared. We ourselves from Ukraine, our parents with my husband. We went there several times when the sons were small. We did not see the Naziks there, went to normal relatives who were normally treated to Russia.

“Are they maintaining a relationship with you now?”

- No, I do not support. I'm afraid because I have been under the cap with Ephesians for a year.

-Because of the situation with his son or even earlier?

-Of course, because of this. All the phones were listened to, all the gadgets were seized, looked, did I communicate with Ukraine?!

And in fact, he did not cause any harm to anyone with this unfortunate shot. But these three weeks to no avail searched for the arsonist, and then my son turned up, for some reason they immediately decided that it was he. They were not interested in a banner, a shot, they simply beat him and demanded to admit that the military registration and enlistment office was set on fire. And when they later realized that it was definitely not him, they really wanted to be condemned and imprisoned, they already reported that they found a arsonist. Whether or not, it makes no difference. I asked Ephesus, "Do you yourself believe that he did it?" He says: "Personally, I do not believe." - "Why then are you mocking a person, why do you beat him, torture, want to plant?" - "We are investigating."

- How did colleagues reacted, students of Andrei, when did they find out what happened?

- Differently. There are those who are negative. When the lawyer came to school, to his previous place of work, asked the boss to write a characteristic, she refused, although they had a very good relationship, he worked at school for a very long time before he decided to leave for the lyceum.

In the lyceum on May 5, when he had a birthday, they asked how to write to him, and congratulated him on his birthday. They said that they are very sorry that he would not return, that he could no longer work at school, they are strongly supported there. Due to the criminal record with children, he will not be able to work anymore. Perhaps he will be able to teach online lessons, they probably do not require.

The students even came to me twice, signed up directly at the appointment (I work in a children's clinic, and I am working in a colony for young criminals), they said: "Do you know this young man?" - "Of course, this is my son." - "So this is my favorite teacher!" He teaches English and German.

After all, he studied at two faculties at the same time: at teachers of foreign languages and in the evenings - at the manager, the Faculty of Economics. Studying in Irkutsk, he went to America after the third year, but did not stay there, returned, graduated from the institute. When he was 32 years old, he was already married, went to New Zealand for six months to study. We said: "Stay there, live."

Here the younger Russian Railways finished, worked at the department, recently left for Moscow and lives there, works, and the elder said: "It’s hard for me to live in Kansk, but at the same time, throwing you with my father even harder." Now our goal is to wait for his return ...

Surely in our city there are people who think that he is "shameless and a bastard." But they don't tell me that.

- Have you returned the seized already?

- I took my phone, I took the gadgets. The son was returned only to the technique. They took his collection of knives, a collection of coins and guns. The gun, from which he shot, the prosecutors demand not to destroy, but to leave: "transfer to the Russian Guard!" Probably a good gun.

Many who exchanged the same knives with him on the Internet - he sends his own, he sends him another in return. This does not mean that since a person has knives and three guns - he is automatically a criminal. He has everything registered, he never violated the law. He was law -abiding to a toothy gnashing, and once - and turned into a criminal.

- In what condition is he now?

- A little depressed by the verdict and the fact that you have to go to the colony. He is still afraid that he can come, pick him up at any moment and start to beat him again. Recently, when they came to the camera again and led somewhere, he said, it was so scary to such an extent, I thought that they would beat again now.

He is very afraid to go to the colony, says: “It seems to me that I will leave and be lost in this system, like a speck of dust,” says Andrei's mother.

His lawyer appealed to the verdict. Two months later, he and the family of Andrei did not even inform the approximate date of the court session.
