The 40-year-old activist Anatoly Berezikov died in the Rostov-on-Don specialist. This was announced by his lawyer Irina Hak, she suspects that the man could be killed in the process of torture.
GAK said that the day before she recorded Berezikov’s traces of a stamper. He complained that he was threatened and said that they would kill him. Today, June 14, the lawyer arrived at the special receiver, but there she was informed that Berezikova was not inside. In the courtyard, the woman saw a medical car where the activist was brought.
According to her, on May 10, a man at home was an inspection, which was actually a search, but without any documents. Then he reported that the ribs were broken for him. After that, the court arrested Berezikov under an article on disobedience to the police (part 1 of article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) for 10 days.
On May 21, Berezikov was not allowed to leave the special receiver, but again sent under administrative arrest under an article on petty hooliganism (part 2 of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The man told the lawyer that before the court, police department No. 4 took him out of town, where they tortured an electric shock and demanded to abandon the lawyer. On May 31, Berezikova was sent to a special receiver for the third time - for 15 days under an article on petty hooliganism (part 1 of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
The basis for the persecution, presumably, was that Berezikov stuck in the city of leaflets of the Ukrainian project “I want to live”, which accepts the appeals of the Russian military personnel to surrender.
GAK emphasized that at all the dates, her client talked about pressure, violence and threats from law enforcement officers, including threatened him with sending to war.
All petitions of the lawyer and complaints of Berezikov were rejected by the federal judge of the Leninsky district court of Rostov-on-Don Evangelian.
00:31 According to the “first department”, they wanted to initiate a case against Berezikov under an article on the state treason (Article 275 of the Criminal Code).
02:48 ATS-Info ATS phoned the Rostov specialist, which contained Anatoly Berezikov. The employee said that the activist committed suicide.
On June 15, Berezikov told lawyer Irina Hak that an FSB investigator came to his special receiver. He told the activist that he would be detained again and arrest him in the “far -fetched administrative case”, as the FSB officers were preparing a criminal case against Berezikov. This became known from the GAK appeal against the decision of the Leninsky District Court on May 21 on the arrest of Berezikov. The complaint in her telegram channel was published by the Rostov activist Tatyana Pororysheva.
On June 17, on May 31, during the court for the second administrative arrest, Berezikov informed Tatyana Pororysheva that he had disappeared all things, including a bank card, which had 800 thousand rubles. This is written by "Important Stories" with reference to the Oporyshev itself.
The human rights activist suggests that the activist was tortured by the FSB officers.
