According to him, all protocols were drawn up between April and June 2023. In particular, there were claims against several large online cinemas, such as Megafon TV, Start, More.tv, Ivi, Beeline TV, as well as TV-3 Russia and TNT Music.
Representatives of most services previously said that they were issued protocols not for propaganda, but for showing LGBT content to children.
So far, the courts have issued only three decisions on such protocols. For example, the Tricolor Film and TV Online companies, as well as Peers.TV, were fined one million each. In addition, a fine of 200 thousand was imposed on the Tricolor official.

For officials, the maximum fine is 800 thousand, and for legal entities - five million rubles. “LGBT propaganda” is prohibited among people of any age, and the display of LGBT content is prohibited among children.
