Then I asked other people to get there, they were not missed, because they are not the Ministry of Emergencies. We still had third people who went, looked at the attic - there was nobody in the attic. These are our ordinary local people who wanted to help. They said that the locals are not missing, only the Russian Emergencies Ministry has the right to evacuate people. Until the fact that [they were threatened that] will be shot. But I think everything is fine. Definitely.
