At the beginning of the video, Prigozhin briefly described his vision of events in Ukraine in 2014. According to him, from then until 2022, the region was plundered by employees of the administration of the Russian president, the FSB and "attracted by the oligarchs, such as Kurchenko ." Prigozhin said that in the so -called DPR and LPR there were "corps of the people's police, which, in the event of an attack by Ukrainians, had to repulse." Prigozhin believes that, having become the president of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky "was ready for any agreements." In his opinion, "all that it was necessary to do [the Russian leadership] is to get off Olympus and go to agree." “All Eastern Ukraine is inhabited by people who are genetically Russians. Therefore, what is happening today - we go and kill these genetic Russians, ”said the head of the PMC Wagner.

Prigozhin called the war “mediocre planned operation”, and “demilitarization” and “denazification” of Ukraine, which the Russian leadership has repeatedly cited as the reasons for its beginning, “a beautiful history”. According to Prigozhin, the war in Ukraine began, because "a bunch of idiots decided that they were so cunning that no one would understand what they are doing during the exercises, and no one would stop them when they go to Kyiv." He said that the solution of managerial problems would reduce losses from the Russian side by 10 times. The Russian military, he said, neglected the bodies of the dead soldiers: the calculations of losses are not underway, and most the military went missing, because "they were simply thrown away like meat."

The leaders of the General Staff Valery Gerasimov and Sergey Shoigu, according to Prigozhin, control Russian troops manually and do not listen to the generals of the generals “on Earth”. Prigozhin insists that the General Staff intentionally “half” the units that successfully served offensive actions, and threw them to other sections of the front. Prigozhin is convinced that Russia recognizes the problems only at the moment when the losses of territories will become critical, as it was in the Red Liman and Kherson: then the Ministry of Defense claimed that they did not retreat, but simply moved to more profitable defensive positions. But the Ukrainian military leadership of the Wagner PMC, on the contrary, praises. According to him, Ukrainians are actively breaking through the defense of the Russian military, cherish soldiers and equipment, but do not protect ammunition, which leads to an increase in losses from the Russian side.
