The creator of the Left Resistance Daria Polyudova, convicted of 9 years in the colony, is transferred from the pre-trial detention center of Moscow to Kabardino-Balkaria. This is stated in the post on her Facebook page, which is led by the mother of the activist.

On June 21, the lawyer of his daughter Leonid Soloviev contacted the woman and said that on June 16 Polyudov was taken away from the pre -trial detention center. “So far, the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic is indicated by the point,” the mother wrote.

In December 2022, Polyudova sentenced andfound guilty of creating an extremist community (part 1 of article 282.1 of the Criminal Code) and two episodes of justification of terrorism on the Internet (part 2 of article 205.2 of the Criminal Code). In April of this year, the verdict - 9 years of colony of general regime -was approved .

According to the security forces, Polyudova created “left resistance” for the “public justification of terrorism and public calls for extremist activity”. The investigation considers the conduct of pickets and publications on social networks the activities of the extremist community.

In the posts that became the reason for the persecution, it was said about the anniversary of the annexation of Crimea and pickets in support of the Crimean Tatar activists-the defendants of the cases of involvement in the Hizb Ut-Tahrir; One of them was entitled "to execute the traitor Potler for state treason!"

In the period, they took into account the previous verdict Polyudova, which was issued in May 2021 - 6 years of colony. Then she was found guilty of two episodes: due to repost on VKontakte (justification of terrorism on the Internet-part 2 of article 205.2 of the Criminal Code), as well as due to statements about shooting at Lubyanka in 2019 (calls for extremist activities-part 1 of article 280 of the Criminal Code). The activist is in prison since January 2020.

Kotov has already been sentenced to three years conditionally. Krylova left Russia, she was put on the wanted list: the girl was detained in Kyrgyzstan and sent under arrest. Kuznetsov is located in the Moscow pre-trial detention center-he also takes place in the case of the Telegram channel “What to Flip!”.
• Daria Polyudova created the left -wing resistance movement in 2017. The activists called the meaning of the creation of the new left organization instead of the “Opportunist Communist Party”.
