The Muscovite was arrested under the article of petty hooliganism two days after his release from the special detention center

After another administrative arrest, Timofey Rudenko, a resident of Moscow, disappeared - he was supposed to be released from the special detention center in Istra on June 24. Rudenko's friend told OVD-Info about this.

On that day, the young man was met by a lawyer who was waiting for him at the detention center. However, Rudenko did not come out: subsequently, the staff of the special detention center told the defense lawyer that his principal allegedly left through the back door. After that, neither the lawyer nor the relatives can find the young man.

Since the beginning of the war, Rudenko was placed under administrative arrest six times, and each time he was charged with an article on petty hooliganism (Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). “There were three administrative offices a year ago, he was released for the third time,” his friend said.

In 2023, administrative arrests began to be ordered after an attempt to leave Russia for Kyrgyzstan: on May 18, Rudenko was detained at the Zhukovsky airport, then arrested for 15 days. The security forces stated that he allegedly used foul language at 3 am and molested passers-by on Prospekt Mira.

On June 2, Rudenko was detained at the exit from the detention center in Sakharovo, after which he was placed under arrest for 10 days. The young man was found guilty under the article on petty hooliganism associated with disobedience to the police (part 2 of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). He was supposed to be released on June 12, but he was not released again and was detained on the territory of Sakharovo.

Rudenko was met by a friend who noticed a Skoda Octavia leaving the detention center, the driver was wearing a medical mask. Earlier, the young man's mother said that the last time his son was detained on the territory of the special detention center, he was taken away in a Skoda Octavia without license plates, the driver was also wearing a mask.

Subsequently, it became known that Rudenko was indeed taken in that Skoda Octavia, which his friend noticed. Then a protocol was again drawn up against him under Part 2 of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and he was arrested for 13 days. The lawyer appealed this decision - the term of administrative arrest was reduced to 12 days, which expired on June 24.

The acquaintance of the young man, who told OVD-Info about the incident, does not have exact information about Rudenko's statements: in all likelihood, the posts on VKontakte became the reason for the persecution.
