The plane of billionaire Arkady Rotenberg, who is considered a close friend of Vladimir Putin, has returned to Moscow.

According to the Flightradar24 service, on June 24, during the armed rebellion of Yevgeny Prigozhin, the businessman's plane took off from Moscow's Vnukovo airport at 11:30, and landed in Baku at 16:04. Rotenberg's Bombardier BD-700 business jet returned to Moscow on the evening of June 26.

Earlier, State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin called for the punishment of civil servants who left or tried to leave the country during Prigozhin's armed rebellion. “A request to the chairman of the security committee, together with law enforcement agencies, to analyze who at that time was trying to fly out of those who occupy significant positions, work in the public service, in government agencies, joint-stock companies, corporations.
