A resident of Kemerovo tortured and killed his girlfriend, received 17 years in a maximum security colony - but even before the cassation he went out and left for war. How is it possible?

Vera Pekhteleva in January 2020 for three hours was killed by her former young man Vladislav Kanyus. The neighbors called the police for a long time, but no one came to the call: the door to the apartment where the murder occurred, as a result, broke the brother of Kanyus with other residents of the house. In the apartment, they found the corpse of faith.

Now in Kemerovo they are judged by former police officers under an article on negligence. Meanwhile, the killer himself, who was supposed to spend 17 years in a maximum security colony, was free. It looks like he went to fight in Ukraine. Vladislav Kanyus posts new posts on his page on VKontakte, and requested a million for an interview.

"Everything was on the verge"

The whole country learned about the case of Vera Pekhteleva in early 2021. Then the relatives decided to publicize what had happened. In the bench, the defendants were Vladislav Kanyus - the former young man Vera Pekhteleeva - and several police officers. Native faiths were worried that they would all receive too soft punishment.

While there was a trial, Vera Oksana’s mother gave several interviews about how she raised her daughter and how Vera met a cannush. And now Oksana begins a conversation with memories of the child: “I remember everything from the moment of her birth. It was a heavy birth - I had to cessa. Within a year and a half from the birth of Vera, we were engaged in the restoration of her health, because everything was on the verge. She has always been the only beloved child. "

According to her mother, from childhood Vera Pekhteleva sang very beautifully. She performed as part of the Avoski children's studio in his native Kisilevsk. Oksana is sure: if Vera went on this path further, she would become a famous singer.

“Even when reports were made about us, I always showed photos and that’s all - no matter what television, with which program - one voice said that it was standing out. She stood out with beauty, the ability to give herself - no matter what age, ”says Oksana.

According to her mother, Vera was very independent and herself decided to receive a higher education, entering the specialty "Economic Security" at the Kuzbass Technical University. Three months before his death, Vera Pekhteleva was supposed to receive a diploma.

"This is a very competent manipulator"

In addition to independence, Vera Pekhteleva was distinguished by kindness and pity for others. “She tried to save everyone who suffered, tried to help them, save them,” says the mother of the murdered.

This sense of pity touched Vladislav Kanyus, relatives believe. Vera and Vladislav met in Kisilevsk in 2016. Oksana says: “From the very beginning there were manipulations on his part: he is so unhappy, his life did not work out. And Vera responded to this. ”

The life of Kanyus can really be called easy: the cold wrote about his biography back in 2021. Five years before meeting with Vera, the father of Vladislav - Roman Kanyus - stole a mobile phone from the store, and after that he shot himself from a gun. Vladislav himself graduated from nine classes, and then threw his studies. Even before meeting the Kanyus girl, the police and petty hooliganism were detained several times. After he met Vera, Vladislav began to earn extra money as a loader and seller of alcohol, but he never found constant work.

Together they moved to Kemerovo, however, it was precisely the parents of Vera who lived for the apartment in which the couple lived, while the girl herself studied and parallel to housekeeping.

At the same time, her parents knew a little about the life of Vladislav before the murder of faith. “She was ashamed to show him, because he was not at all equal to our families or Verochka,” says Oksana. “She was ashamed to talk about him, because, of course, if we found out how it is, we would not let this person go to our child on a cannon shot.”

“This is a very competent manipulator. He pressed pity for a very long time, knew how to live beautifully and well at the expense of others. Verochka poured him. Subsequently, this grew into other feelings, ”continues Vera’s mother.

According to the relatives of the girl, from the very beginning "everything went wrong." Vera always sought to develop and live better, Vladislav did not make any attempts to change. In addition, over time, he began to show “authoritarianism”. As a result, Vera initiated a breakup. “Vera was simply discouraged by those whom she saw. As he really is. She made the decision: “I gave you a helping hand if you do not want to move after me, to achieve something-goodbye. I don’t want to be on your way, ”Oksana quotes her daughter, who so commented on their parting with Vladislav.

In addition, according to the girlfriend of the murdered - Kira Egorova, shortly before the breakup, Vera told the girl that Vladislav greatly pushed her during a quarrel.

After parting, the girl moved to the hostel. Kanyus constantly called her and wrote her mother. However, Vera was not going to return. On January 13, she came to the former young man in the apartment to pick up a laptop: the next day the exam was to be held, for which Vera wanted to prepare.

111 injuries

On the night of January 13-14, Vladislav Kanya killed Vera Pekhteleva with particular cruelty. 111 injuries were recorded on the girl’s body. He caused her first damage 6 hours before his death: all this time Vladislav beat Vera, cut her. The investigation established that death occurred after strangulation of the wire from the iron.

For an hour and a half, the neighbors called the police at least seven times. Records from the dispatch service 112 were on the Internet. Screams are heard on one of them. However, no one came to the call. The police reached the crime scene only after the corpse was reported: they found him when the brother of Kanyus and the neighbors broke the door.

After the murder, the family of the deceased had not turned to the media for help, because it was difficult for them to talk about the death of faith. During this time, Kanyus’s case was transferred to court, and the police case continued to investigate. The relatives of the murdered worried were worried that the guilty would get off with a short time, so they still decided to raise the noise.

"Beat-Bay with spinning walls-what the hell will you achieve"

The fears of the family of Vera were partially confirmed. The head of the shift of the on -duty part of the Kemerovo police department “Leninsky” Mikhail Balashov, who received a message about a fight in the apartment of Kanyus and ignored him, since “this signal [came] from ***** was not removed from work. No measures were taken on Dmitry Taritsyn, who was replaced after Balashov. The latter did not give the colleague a message about calling to the apartment where Vera and Vladislav were located.

In 2021, the investigator Zemlyanko transferred the indictment to the prosecutor's office. He considered the police guilty, but qualified their business under an article on negligence without significant consequences. The defendants were faced with a fine of up to 120 thousand rubles or correctional labor. However, after publicizing in the media at the first meeting, the state prosecutor demanded to judge police officers by the second of the same article of the Criminal Code: negligence, which entailed by negligence, causing grievous bodily harm or the death of a person. This article provides for imprisonment for up to five years.

In total, five police officers were in the dock. In addition to Balashov and Taritsyn, the affairs were brought up on the dispatchers of the service 112.

This process is actively illuminated by human rights activist Alena Popova. The last time she wrote about the case of police officers on May 23, 2023. Then the prosecutor during the debate of the parties left part 2 of Article 293 “negligence” and requested real terms for all five defendants in the case.

Vladimir - Uncle Vera Pekhteleeva - in a conversation with the New Gazeta Europe said that now Balashov and Taritsyn, the prosecutor requested 3.6 years of a colony of general regime, two employees of the duty unit of 2.6 years, and one of the higher in position for three years. However, mother and uncle of the deceased are worried: “ I don’t know how the court will react. My opinion: now they re -qualify the first, then the statute of limitations of criminal liability will expire. I think there will be nothing to them, somehow they will “beat” the police, ”Vladimir explains.

Vera’s mother tells how the courts went over the police:

“The dispatchers 112 - these wonderful women, whom I do not even want to call women, behaved simply ugly.

That is, they pulled to the last all court hearings: either diarrhea, then headaches, then dental pains. All courts were postponed every time: they passed once a month at best. They mocked us morally. They sit with a bed of lawyers, foot on their feet, with these views: "Well, let, beat your spinning walls on a stone wall-you will get a hell."

Relatives report that in early July it is planned to be sentenced to police officers.

Million for the interview

At first, Kanyus himself should have been given up to 15 years in a colony under the murder article. Subsequently, the court found him guilty of part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder with particular cruelty) and sentenced to 17 years in a maximum security colony.

The accusation under the article on illegal deprivation of liberty (Article 127 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) - Vladislav did not release faith from the apartment - and rape (Article 131 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) closed: on the first case, the statute of limitations was expired, and Vladislav was justified. The family of the deceased tried to appeal the decision under an article on rape. In June of this year, a meeting of the cassation court was to be held.

In April 2023, Oksana received a photograph from Vera's friends: on it, a person who looks like kanyus is posing in military uniform and with an automatic machine in her hands.

“I did not believe at first. You see, I am such a person: I need to weigh the pros and cons. I reasoned: “It’s similar, very similar. But the cassation court has not yet been. That is, under our legislation, no one has the right to send anywhere to any military operations, because the trial is still ongoing,” the mother of the murdered mother recalls his feelings from the photographs.

On June 14, Oksana received a letter from the GUFSIN in the Novosibirsk region. It stated that on April 28, 2023, the convicted Kanyus Vladislav Romanovich left the GUFSIN of Russia in the Rostov Region.

Now the relatives of the deceased are trying to understand where the killer of their daughter is. Vladimir, who regularly visits the courts in the case, calls for two weeks to different instances of the Novosibirsk and Rostov region, sends complaints. To the appeals of relatives to the regional court of the city of Kemerovo, about the familiarization of the defendant with the cassation appeal, the judicial office replies that he cannot give a letter to Kanya, because it is not known where he is currently. The family of Vera suggests that Kanyus could leave for the front from the Rostov region.

The family of the deceased continues to live and fight for justice. “We crashed into groups. Each of us does something: someone goes to the courts, someone writes complaints. We all delegated our responsibilities to each other so that there was no Sumbur, ”says the mother of the deceased.

Vera’s father Eugene, Oksana and her current husband - also Eugene - try to continue the work of faith: she often helped animals. Today, the spouses save the homeless “tails”, as the mother of faith calls them: they nurse, treat, and then look for the owners on “Avito”.

“It is so pleasant when animals find good, loving, responsive people. I now understand my daughter how and what she lived. This is such a feeding of energy. It’s just disinterested to take and save the one who dies. This is great, believe me, ”says the mother of the deceased.
