The OSCE Parliamentary Assembly adopted a resolution which, among other things, declared the Wagner PMC a terrorist organization.
"The OSCE Parliamentary Assembly determines that the actions of the Wagner Group on behalf of the Russian government can fairly be characterized as terrorist in nature and intent and that the designation of the Wagner Group as a terrorist organization by national authorities is therefore justified," the document says.
The OSCE Parliamentary Assembly also condemned Belarus for the fact that the country's authorities supported the Wagner PMC and allowed the construction of a military base for mercenaries on its territory, "which puts the entire Baltic region at risk."
The OSCE Parliamentary Assembly called on member countries to take measures against the Wagner PMC and related structures, including including the private military company in the list of terrorist organizations.
