The armored train, on which President Vladimir Putin travels around Russia, and which became known several months ago from several investigations, cost the budget at least 6.8 billion rubles. This was found out by the Dossier Center, which received a thousand documents of the Circular Service company from the source, which serves the armored train.
In March 2017, the Circular Service received an order to build a special sports and recreational car for Putin (the President of the Russian Federation (the President of the Russian Federation). It has a gym, hammams and a cosmetologist’s office, which has a full complex of equipment necessary for emergency rescue life: the IVL device, a defibrillator, an infusomat, a aspirator for respiratory tract sanctions. The cabinet is protected from listening - it sets “hardware protection from the leakage of acoustic information”, follows from the documents of the FSO.

Also in the cosmetology room there are devices for anti-aging procedures-a device for radiolifting, a cosmetic combine, a lupa lamp, an ultrasonic therapy apparatus. As the “dossier” notes, using such equipment, you can rejuvenate the skin using high -frequency radio waves, conduct vacuum cleaning, ionophoresis, dezicrustation, micromassage and lymphatic drainage.
In the gym, the “dossier” draws attention, there are no rods, but there are benches for exercises for the press, a simulator for hyperextensions, tatami and dumbbells weighing up to eight kilograms.

Dossier notes that for televisions on the train, specialists of the Moscow Research Institute of Radio Communications developed its own buffer system. It was required, since during the tests of the composition it turned out that the TVs were losing a signal when the car passes under bridges or next to high buildings - and all the systems available at that time supported the buffering of only one channel.
In total, 22 cars are operated as part of a special train, but usually not all of them are used simultaneously. Most often, about ten wagons are clinging to one trip.
Now the "Zircon" is working on several more projects for the president. One of them is a wagon room with a multimedia center, the second is another sports and recreational car. “Circus” also prepares two “lux” cars, one will have four coupes and a bar, in the second - six coupes. The company also plans to build two restaurant wagons with special communications, a carriage car and two service cars-for rest and for negotiations.
In total, the special composen of Vladimir Putin will cost the budget at least 6.8 billion rubles. This amount includes maintenance costs (1.45 billion rubles), the cost of a sports and fitness car (413.4 million rubles) and orders for updating the park (4.95 billion rubles)
The Circular Service refused to answer questions from the authors of the investigation. The Kremlin’s press service told CNN that Vladimir Putin had no sports and recreational carriage.
