It follows from the materials of the case that on April 20, a local resident Dmitry Shcherbatyuk stood up in a single picket with a poster "Stop the war." However, Judge Maria Kozyakova disagreed with him.

“Given that no state of war has been declared in the Russian Federation, the official’s conclusion that Shcherbatyuk discredited the use of the Russian Federation Armed Forces in conducting a special military operation is based on assumption and is not supported by any evidence,” the decision reads. court.

In addition, the protocol notes that during the picket, the police allegedly issued a warning to Shcherbatyuk, but he did not respond to it. At the same time, Judge Kozyakova writes in her decision that “it appears from the video that no warning was given to Shcherbatyuk” and he was immediately detained.
