This decision was made by the Simonovsky District Court of Moscow. The reason for drawing up the protocol was the absence of a blank in the publications in her Telegram channel.
Roskomnadzor filed a lawsuit against the politician. Sobol's lawyer Vladimir Voronin noted that the agency is not authorized to monitor private individuals; this should be done by the Ministry of Justice. According to him, the case materials did not indicate who exactly carried out the inspection.
