Zakharova explained how to talk about the victims of the genocide correctly

The conflict between the Israeli Foreign Ministry and the representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, has been going on for several years. In 2021, Zakharova was indignant that Germany decided to pay pensions to the Jewish blockade. In her opinion, to pay a pension only to representatives of one nationality - "immoral". Then the representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry accused Israel of “supporting Nazism” in Ukraine, in response to this, Israel asked Maria Zakharov “not to give him lectures” about the Holocaust.

After the requirement of the Israeli Foreign Ministry not to teach them how to keep the memory of her tragedy, Zakharova decided to write a huge article in which she calls “the descendants of the victims of the Nazis by lawyers of the executioners of their ancestors.” The correspondent of Novaya Gazeta Europe read the article by Zakharova and dismantled its main arguments.

The Russian Newspaper published an article by the representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova under the heading of “memory of all the victims of the Holocaust. Today, the descendants of the victims of the Nazi genocide become lawyers of the executioners of their ancestors. And this is one step to the apocalypse. ”

Doesn't it remind you? This is the same nutritional medium of the reincarnation of Nazism and fascism, ”writes Zakharova.

However, Zakharova was missed by the fact that in 1952 West Germany and Jewish Claims Conference signed the Luxembourg agreement, which provides for the payment of reparations to Israel and compensation to the Jews who survived the Holocaust. At first, the Jews who survived the blockade of Leningrad or survived, for example, persecution in Romania did not meet the criteria necessary for unified payments in the amount of 2556 euros.

And in 2021, it was also decided to include the Jewish blockers in the category of the right to a German pension.

“For many years, we have been supporting regular pensions that have survived the Holocaust in concentration camps, in the ghetto, underground or in an illegal position. Now, the Jews who survived the Leningrad blockade, who for almost three years suffered unbearable suffering during the German siege of the city, will receive regular assistance. Jews and Jews all this time lived in constant fear of taking the city by the German Wehrmacht, which would mean inevitable death for them, ” said the official representative of the JCC in Germany Ryudigiger.

In addition, Germany allocated 12 million euros on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the complete removal of the blockade of Leningrad to modernize the hospital for war veterans in St. Petersburg, which has been treated by many survivors of the blockade ... of any nationality.

- Finally, Zakharova is trying to explain to the Jews and the entire world community what the Holocaust is, focusing on what she considers to allocate Jews as the main victims.

Zakharova is again outraged that the Jews stand out as the most affected group from the actions of the Nazis, and is trying to switch attention to the victims among the Slavs.

Maria Zakharova does not like the allocation of one ethnic group, but not because it is very against the “segregation”, but because the role of the main victim was not her ethnic group, not the Slavs.

At the end of the article, the representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs refers to the words of the Soviet writer Leningrad, Daniil Granin, uttered on the stand of the German Bundestag:

“The inscriptions of our soldiers were still read on the walls of the Reichstag, I remembered one remarkable among them:“ Germany, we came to you not to go to us. ” Hatred is a deadly feeling, there is no future in it. We must be able to forgive, but we must be able to and remember. Remembering the years of the war is difficult, any war is blood and dirt. But the memory of the dead millions, tens of millions of our soldiers is necessary. Almost all my fellow soldiers and friends died in the war, they passed away, not knowing if we could defend the country, whether Leningrad would have to stand with a sense of defeat. I, as it were, wanted to convey to them that we still won and that they died not in vain. Ultimately, not power always triumphs, but justice and the truth. ”

However, Maria Zakharova did not mention that the writer Daniil Granin was at the origins of the Memorial - an organization created to study political repression in the USSR, which the Russian authorities recognized as a foreign agent, eliminating all its legal entities.

“Another thing is that in our country we are neither victory over fascism, nor the tragedy of the Nazis destroyed people by national basis. As a victory we have “one on all” and on the day of memory and sorrow, we remember every nazi tortured by the Nazis, regardless of national, religious or other affiliation, ”Zakharova writes, but at the same time in his own article refuses Ukrainians in national identity.

In addition, it is worth noting that the victims during the Holocaust include homosexual people who are subjected to institutional persecution in Russia.
