The Avtozavodsky District Court of Togliatti fined local resident Tatyana Mayzit ten thousand rubles for reposting a video in which a Ukrainian journalist declared his readiness to take revenge on the Russians for the invasion. The resolution separately notes that in the video “a journalist from Ukrainian television speaks negatively about the Russian people.”

Sova notes that Mayzit's publications on social networks indicate an intention to repost to condemn the statement of a Ukrainian journalist. Thus, experts of the center point out, the court did not take into account the context of the sane publication.
