The Khoroshevsky District Court of Moscow arrested ex-municipal deputy Anastasia Bryukhanova in absentia in the case of military “fakes” (Part 1 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code). Information about this in the card index of the capital's courts was discovered by the Avtozak LIVE project .
The initiation of a criminal case against Bryukhanova became known in April. According to investigators, the former municipal deputy published a video on YouTube , “which, according to research, contains deliberately false information about the actions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation against the civilian population of Ukraine.”
We are probably talking about the video “Who committed crimes in Bucha”, published on December 23 last year on the YouTube channel “Objective”. In it, Bryukhanova talks about the investigation into the killings of civilians that occurred during the occupation of the northern suburbs of Kyiv by Russian troops. In a conversation with Mediazona, the ex-municipal deputy suggested that a case could actually be opened because of this video.
In mid-June, the Ministry of Internal Affairs put Bryukhanov on the federal wanted list.
