The court fined the ex-deputy of the Duma of Pskov for anti-war statements

The Pskov City Court fined the ex-deputy of the City Duma, the former deputy head of the Yabloko party in the Pskov region of Dmitry Permyakov for 30 thousand rubles under an administrative article on the "discredit" of the Russian army. This was reported to the North. Realia by Permyakov himself.

He said that the court considered a "discredit" several posts on Facebook. In them, Permyakov wrote that "the longer the war lasts, the more difficult it is for the Russian propagandists to lie, the information about Boynn in Ukraine seeps even in the inforal of the deep people", and talked about the possibility of donations to the Red Cross in Ukraine.

Permyakov told North. Realiy that he was not surprised by the court decision.

"I left Russia precisely because freedom of thought and words is actually prohibited there. The court can call my texts and thoughts as you like, but I insist that I have the right to openly express my opinion. I am not ashamed of it. My anti -war posts on Facebook, my human rights activity in the interests of ordinary Russians is what I am proud of and will be proud of the criminal war unleashed by Putin’s war. From the color of the cover of my passport, which I did not have a privilege to choose.

• Dmitry Permyakov was a deputy of the Pskov City Duma from 2019 to 2021. He represented the Yabloko party and was the deputy politician of Lev Schlosberg. Permyakov is married to Lyudmila Savitskaya, a journalist, who in 2020 was one of the first in Russia as a “foreign agent”. In December 2021, Permyakov and Savitskaya left Russia after the threats of employees of the E -E Center, blocking the account, fines and information about the listening equipment of the house.
