A resident of Pskov was fined for a post with a poster "No Nazism"

The court fined a resident of Pskov for 30 thousand rubles due to the publication of the post with an anti-war utterance. This was reported by the press service of the courts of the Pskov region.

A resident of Pskov, whose name is not specified, was initiated by an administrative case of the "discredit" of the army. According to the court, she posted on her page on VKontakte a photo of a man with a poster in her hands with the inscription “No Nazism”, as well as photographs of those lying people with the inscription “I was killed because I am a Ukrainian!” And a picture of a man with a poster in their hands with the inscription "Putin soldiers bomb Ukraine with the support of your silent consent."

The message clarifies that a resident of Pskova did not give explanations to the police and did not appear at the court.

• An article on administrative responsibility for the "discrediting of the army" was introduced in the Code of Administrative Offenses in March 2022, after the start of Russia's military invasion of Ukraine. Discrediting Russian courts recognize any anti -war speeches or reports about the participation of Russian troops in probable war crimes. The article provides for a fine of up to 50 thousand rubles. In case of repeated violations, the case can be retrained in criminal.
