On October 17, 2017, a student Yegor Zorin was detained in Penza. According to the case file, psychoactive substances were discovered with it, which supposedly served as a reason for detention. Some defendants in the case suggested that Pav was thrown by Zorin, however, according to the examination in Yegor tests, opiates, amphetamines and synthetic cannabinoids were found on narcotic substances.

After the arrest, Yegor Zorin allegedly voluntarily wrote a confession that he and his acquaintances are participating in the “terrorist community” - these testimonies became the reason for initiating a criminal case known as the “case of the“ network ”.” Zorin himself was exempted from liability for "participating in the terrorist community", for the storage of narcotic substances he was appointed three years.
In October -November 2017, Penza was detained by the famous left activist Ilya Shakursky, the Antifashists of Vasily Kuksov, Dmitry Pchelintsev and Andrei Chernov. They were pointed to Yegor Zorin in the “Obvniy turnout.” In the beginning of November, in St. Petersburg in the same case, Arman Sagynbaeva was arrested in the same case, and in January 2018 there are three more: Juliana Boyarshinov, Igor Shishkin and Viktor Filinkov.
All the defendants were delayed by the FSB. The anti -fascists were beaten, tortured, threatened them with loved ones. After torture, everyone except Vasily Kuksov signed the confession that the FSB officers demanded that they participated in the terrorist community and prepared for the seizure of power.
In the summer of 2018, two more residents of Penza were detained in the “Network” case: Maxim Ivankin and Mikhail Kulkov.

Igor Shishkin, on the advice of lawyer Dmitry Dinze, concluded a pre -trial agreement (a deal with the investigation): in exchange for testimony against other persons involved, he received the smallest period. In January 2019, the Moscow District Military Court sentenced him to 3.5 years in prison. Subsequently, he was a witness to the charges on the ships of other defendants.
On February 10, 2020, the Central District Military Court sentenced the seven anti -fascists from Penza and appointed them the terms of 6 to 18 years of imprisonment. Dmitry Pchelintsev and Ilya Shakursky received the largest terms - 18 and 16 years - as "leaders of the terrorist community." During the process, none of the defendants pleaded guilty, everyone declared torture or pressure.
On June 22, 2020, Viktor Filinkov and Julian Boyarshinov were convicted in St. Petersburg. Victor, who did not plead guilty, appointed the court for 7 years in a general regime colony, and to Julian, who pleaded guilty, 5.5 years.
These were the latest sentences in the “network of network”, but in February 2023 TASS said that the FSB investigated the case of the allegedly existing Moscow cell of the “network”. Presumably, in connection with this, Dmitry Pchelintsev is now in the capital's pre -trial detention center Lefortovo.
Independent journalist_ki and human rights defenders are sure that the “network of the network” is fabricated by the FSB. The Memorial recognized all the defendants political prisoners.
Moreover, some of the accused were authors of violence:
In support of the defendants in the “case of the“ network ””, the international campaign of solidarity was deployed. The support group created the Rupression website, launched the seal of Mercha and talked about the case in all available ways.
After the publication of information about the murder of Ekaterina Levchenko and Artyom Dorofeev, support fell significantly. Rupression said that Dmitry Pchelintsev, Maxim Ivankin, as well as Arman Sagynbaeva would not support. Support and coverage of cases of other defendants continues the forces of a small amount of activist.
