Several hundred college students on the territory of the Alabuga Special Economic Zone in the Tatarstan Elabuga are forcibly involved in the assembly of Iranian Iranian drones of Shahed for the needs of the Russian Army, the journalists of the Protocol and RZVRT investigative projects found out.
According to the source of publications in Alabuga, first of all, teenagers were involved in the assembly of drones 15-17 years old. Now “peaceful” projects in the cluster are closed, so all students are transferred to the assembly of the UAV.
“Literally the day before yesterday one hundred and fifty new students from the second and third courses [transferred to the assembly of drones]. When to train them? From projects from other departments, everyone was transferred to our project, because now all the forces are on him, all the money is going on to him, ”the Alabugi Polytechnic student told reporters.
Students receive 30–40 thousand rubles per month for the assembly of Shahdov. Processing is not paid. At the same time, students have to work around the clock, sometimes without interruptions for sleep and food. The Alabugi students' training agreement prescribes a ban on disclosing information about production. In case of violation of the ban, the student is obliged to pay the college 1.5-2 million rubles.

Timur Shagivaleev, general director of the Alabuga OEZ, deputy of the State Council of TatarstanAt the same time, according to one of the students, wiretapping and video surveillance were delivered on the territory of the cluster. The security service selects students and reads their correspondence. According to students, because of this, the college already had several deductions.
Refusal of work also threatens the expulsion. But under the training agreement, students are actually in slavery - parents are obliged to reimburse the college for the costs of teaching a child in case of deductions: from 170 to 420 thousand rubles, depending on the direction of training.
Students work on the assembly of UAVs from morning to night and do not have time to study, the publication says. At the same time, 300 hours of classes are also fraught with deductions.
Now the Alabuga Polytech advertisement with calls to enter the college appears on all available platforms. Journalists discovered a college advertising on YouTube (with the participation of Instasamka), and Dmitry Puchkov took an interview from the head of Cluster Timur Shagivaleev. Also, the college advertising comes out with bloggers with an audience of 3-7 million subscribers. The Alabugi advertising banner with the call to “return home” appeared on the main square of New York-this fact was separately noted by the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin.

According to one of the college students, many go to Alabuga precisely under the impression of commercials.
The cluster leadership confesses the approach to teaching students through punishment. Because of this, there were already two cases of suicide in the college-in 2021 and in March 2023.
On September 1, 2022, students were forced to stand in service five hours so that Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov could take a beautiful photo flying over the college. Students were released only to go to the toilet and drink water. Some became bad.
Students do not have the opportunity to buy products or go to the doctor and for medicines - the shift bus goes to the store once a week, and you can only get to the clinic in the city by taxi. In the main building "Alabuga" students can eat in the dining room, in other places - only in vending machines.

The quality of training in college is also low, journalists notice. “Alabuga Polytech” is officially not college, but only courses at the Polytechnic in Elabuga. Teachers conduct classes on the residual principle. Students are also forced to engage in low -skilled work, which cluster employees cannot cope - calls, paperwork and sending letters.
A prerequisite for learning is a play in paintball. For refusal - reprimand or expulsion, this is prescribed in the contract. According to the interlocutor of the “Protocol” and “RZVR”, in 2022 50 people were expelled due to games.
Students for two months in a row every weekend get up at 5 in the morning and massively reconstruct the battles of the Great Patriotic War with paintball markers. The flag of the “fascists” in these games looks like a flag of Nazi Germany, but with an emblem of NATO instead of a swastika, investigators note.
Students must suffer, they should be hurt
The losers are punished - they are shot with balls point blank, forced to run and dig trenches in the rain or without equipment to “storm” the heights from where the employees shoot at them. Bruises have bruises from pintball balls. One of the students had a nervous breakdown, students say.
Alabuga spent more than 30 million rubles on games in the paintball.
“The purpose of the paintball is to weed out weaknesses and jerks at the initial stage. They must expel themselves. Students must suffer, it should be hurt, ”the words of the deputy head of Alabuga Sergey Alekseev cite the publications.
According to journalists, parents wrote a complaint to the local prosecutor's office, but the cluster provided documents that students voluntarily participated in these games.
The head of the cluster Timur Shagivaleev also emotionally reacts to students' complaints to well -being . “What rest?! Whoever has a headache, they can immediately puss home, we do not need such students! Fucking is going on in the country! The country needs heroes! " - The investigators cite his words.
Shagivaleev also returns to the work of minor students from Africa countries. In the staffing of Alabugi they are called "mulatto."
Foreign students did not voluntarily go to the college, so the leadership developed a recruiting scheme through the Tinder and Badu editing applications. The cluster designed to all students of the premium accounts, and Shagivaleev, stated, wrote “scripts” for communication. Students, under the pretext of a romantic acquaintance, offered African students to come to Elabuga and sent links to the applicant’s application.
The first few dozen students from Uganda, Ethiopia and Tanzania arrived in the fall of 2022. They were seized from other students in separate buildings. According to publications, they are planned to be involved in the low -skilled work of cleaners in industries.
Also in the staffing of the college are “Tajiks” - these are students with Knowing Farsi from the CIS countries and Pakistan.

The head of Alabuga, according to journalists, did not involve young men from Africa and training, since, in his opinion, they "can be too aggressive and dangerous."
None of the Alabuga leadership answered questions from journalists. The deputy head of the cluster Sergei Alekseev invited the investors to talk later.
Earlier, journalists of Protocol and RZVRT found that the cluster in Elabuga entered into a contract for the production of Iranian drones Shakud to avoid mobilization of employees. Now in Alabuga they build a whole village with an area of up to 100 thousand square meters. m for the production of drones.
