Alabuga. The production of deaths by the hands of students

In the first part of our investigation, we talked about how Alabuga from a promising special economic zone turned into a village on the assembly of Iranian drones. But how did it happen? After all, drones are not collected on an automated conveyor to press the Kremlin button. Drones that later fly to kill people are gathering the same people. They screw the fighting unit to the aircraft, develop production plans and make presentations for the authorities.

The situation in Alabuga is special. Here, students play the main role in the production of drones-Kamikadze. Often minor people who came to the advertised college for knowledge in the field of new technologies and dizzying career growth. We will talk about the Alabuga Polytechnic college.

We will talk about how students are forced to dig trenches and gather the Iranian Horky Drones, about how students from Africa countries lured to enter the college with the help of Tinder and how the leadership of a special economic zone relates to students. This is the second part of the cycle of the “Protocol” and “RZVR” investigations about Alabuga.

Chapter I. Advertising

On April 5, 2021, the head of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov was opening the college "Alabuga Polytech". This college is needed in order to “grow Ilon masks” - genius engineers who will work in high -tech production.

Now on the main page of the college it is reported that “Alabuga Polytech” is a place where they teach the professions of the future, leaders receive there, they all envy them, and the students themselves will receive up to 70,000 rubles a month already in the first year. Teenagers are called to enter the “dual program” - this means that right from the first year it will be possible to study and work at the same time. Receive knowledge, and with them the salary of the "world level" and labor experience.

The name is not only from the Alabugi sites. The leadership of the Polytechnic is an active PR campaign both online and in real life. A week before the start of a full-scale invasion of Ukraine on the Alabuga Polytekh YouTube channel, an advertising video with the participation of Instasamka appeared. Earlier, the Blogger Dmitry Puchkov, known as the Goblin, took the special economic zone of Timur Shagivaleeva from the special economic zone of Timur Shagivaleev. Puchkov himself, together with his co -author Klim Zhukov, specially traveled to Polytech, where bloggers conducted a detailed excursion. Every day, in different social networks, videos, posts and articles with Alabuga Polytech advertising appear: they come out with entertainment bloggers with an audience of 3-7 million subscribers, for more larger and smaller bloggers, and even among auto-blocks .

Even on the main square of New York, an advertising banner with the Alabuga logo and text in Russian flaunted: "It's time to return home." Even the Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Mishustin, about which he personally told the head of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, drew attention to the advertising of Alabuga.

Former student Nastya (hereinafter, the names of the sources have been changed for their safety - approx. Credit. ) Says that she decided to enter the Alabuga Polytechnic college precisely under the impression of advertising: “ There were just those. What is shown in advertising, that everything is very cool here. There are all kinds of jambs here all the same. ”

Chapter II. Paintball and attitude towards students

Perhaps “all sorts of jambs” is the “Alabugi” approach to management and training. Periodically in the media there are grains of information about what is actually happening inside the college. At the end of March of this year, the student of the Polytechnic committed suicide in the dormitory of the college. This is not the first suicide of the Alabuga colleague. In 2021, another student had been counting with life . He did it at home, and not in college - this is what allowed Alabuga to move away from the tragedy. After all, the corpse was not found on its territory. In an interview with journalists, familiar to the dead students called suicide were the fear of deductions and the attitude of the Alabuga leadership to students.

On September 1, 2022, students were built on a ruler so that the President of Tatarstan, President of Tatarstan, flew over the Alabuga Polytechnic college, Rustam Minnikhanov admired students from a bird’s height and took a beautiful photograph. The president lingered and the students waited for him for about five hours.

“In general, we were first told that he is already flying, flying and now,” says Nastya, a former student Alabuga. - We built. They waited, waited, waited - he was not. Then we already relaxed, began to sit on the asphalt, because they did not let us into the Polytechnic. Allowed only to go to the toilet or drink water and that's it. There many people became ill. My friend almost fainted, she was just brought to Polytech, she was sitting in the administration.

Many students are busy studying, or at work from eight in the morning until late in the evening and they simply have no time to cook food, washing clothes, playing sports, and a banal vacation. They do not have the opportunity to buy products - a shift bus runs to the nearest store once a week. The rest of the time, students have to eat in the dining room, but this is only if they were lucky to work in the main office building of Alabuga. The rest are content with vending machines, the assortment of which is limited to chocolate, chips, doshiraki, sometimes canned food come across. Things are not better with medicine: the nearest doctor, with the exception of a nurse in college, is in a city where you can get only by preliminary record and only by taxi. The cost of a one -way trip is from 400 rubles. There you have to go to the pharmacy for medicines. Students will learn about all this after admission.

The education here is also problems. Formally, Alabuga Polytech is not a college. All students are listed in the "Elabuga Polytechnic College", and Polytech on paper - only additional courses. Accordingly, the diploma during the release is also not from Alabuga. All general educational subjects are taught by teachers from the EPK, and according to the residual principle. Also, teachers from the EPC cannot boast of a high level of quality of training. As a result, students' knowledge in different fields remain at the level of the ninth grade of the school.

Contrary to statements on the official website of the Polytechnic and in advertising, there is often a complete discrepancy between working tasks and training programs. Basically, students are perceived as handy people, they are shifting work that does not require qualifications: making calls, drawing up simple documents, sending letters - boring and monotonous work. Most training programs in Polytech are associated with high -tech industries. But now in Alabug there remained only the robbery POCTOL, there are only two dozen jobs for students. At the same time, more than 1000 people study in the Polytechnic. Therefore, to preserve the principle of the dual system of students, they are mandatory to be distributed to other departments, where employees simply dump them on them the amount of work that they do not have time to do themselves.

Students, most often having no experience in life, immediately fall “on the front line” and, of course, do not cope with the tasks set for them. This gives rise to a lot of dissatisfaction and even bullying addressed to them from employees.

Another indicative story that speaks of the attitude to potential “Ilon Masks”. At the beginning of the school year, paintball play on the territory of the economic zone. The event is so large -scale that for its holding a whole wagon of paintball balls was ordered. When she arrived at Alabuga, it turned out that there were no equipment for her unloading. Several students had to unload throughout the day, without rest and food.

The meaning of paintball is not in the entertainment of students, as one might think. One of our sources says that he heard from one of the initiators of the game, the deputy general director of the SEZ Sergey Alekseev is the following explanation: “The purpose of the paintball is to weed weaknesses and jerks at the initial stage. They must be expelled themselves . ” When discussing the rules of the game and organizing the playground, Sergei Alekseev said: “Students must suffer, they should be hurt . ” Sergei Alekseev is the only top manager of Alabuga, who in writing answered a request for a comment: “Okay, I will be happy to share the answers with you how I will have time next week after a business trip. I understand how it is important for you to ensure the objective presentation of the material and not rush me . ” At the time of publication, the answers were not received. We will publish them as soon as they find themselves at our disposal.

One of the students claims that instead of the planned Timbilding, the simplification of the acquaintance of hundreds of people who have just entered one college, Pintball leads to the emergence of hazing. Paintball is also designed to develop patriotism among students. According to the plot, the first month students compete with each other, and then “fight” against the Nazis, professional players in paintball, allegedly reconstructing the fights of the Second World War near Stalingrad. A curious detail - the fascist flag looks like a flag of Nazi Germany, but instead of a swastika in a white circle - the symbolism of NATO block.

In 2022, the games were held from September to October, every weekend. Here it is worth recalling that the schedule of students is already very tense. As the students themselves say, they have to work until midnight, or even until two in the morning (and this after half a day is studying). Students often confront the choice: to fulfill the tasks at work (and not get a fine) or study well, show activity in various corporate events and get good grades and, as a result, a high rating that affects the promotion.

You can refuse to participate in the game, but reprimand or expulsion may threaten refusal. Participation in corporate events is mandatory under an agreement that each college student signs: “For refusal to participate, they could call for a conversation to“ Eichar ” (to the personnel employee - approx . And if they cause a conversation to “Eichar”, then this is worse than death. It’s better to shoot, ” says one of the students. She claims that “personnel officers” affect the learning process so much that even teachers obey them. If Eichar doesn’t like something in a student or his behavior, “then they can simply be overwhelmed. Even if you study well and work. ”

For two months in a row, more than 600 students every weekend get up at five in the morning and run to the paintball platform. Just participate is not enough. We must win. The losers are punished. The most common punishment is the execution: “The execution was not against the wall, on the street just at a distance, probably three meters,” says Julia, a student of the Alabuga Polytechnic college . “Different teams were punished in different ways, some were forced to run around the Polytech for a long time in the rain (supposedly increased endurance) . ”

The executions are also mentioned by the former student of Alabuga Nastya: “ Sometimes they were brutally punished when your team lost, they could simply shoot the same balls there. In general, it hurts very much. Especially for those whose skin is sensitive and bruises do not pass for a long time. They didn’t go through me in a week. The captain himself said: “You have played poorly today. Let's shoot everyone in turn now . ”

The already mentioned deputy general director of Alabuga, Sergei Alekseev, went further, considering the usual execution by insufficient punishment. His team was forced to storm the mountain without weapons, on which Alekseev placed his employees, handing each one one at a time, or even two markers, promising everyone ten thousand rubles, if at least one student could not “take” the mountain. All students coped with the task, but one student had a nervous breakdown. We had a video at our disposal on which the consequences of the play in paintball are visible. This is the back of one of the students and the result of this “punishment”.

Another punishment mentioned by the former student Nastya is digging trenches: “At the end, the results were summed up, and those teams that played the worst of all, they dug trenches. And there it was still raining there, but they didn’t let us go home. There, somewhere at the end, someone has already taken pity. ” According to another source, about 400 people dug in the trenches . Everyone was involved in this except those teams that took first and second place in the competition. Students called parents and complained. Several parents wrote a complaint to the local prosecutor's office. They demanded to figure out what was happening with the students during the paintball, but Alabuga provided papers that everything was legal, and the students voluntarily took part in the game and digging trenches.

When we prepared this material, a certain Vadim Ivanov, the internship of the marketing department and PR, contacted us. He himself asked for an interview, saying: "I tell the media everything." Vadim did not ask to change his name. He proposed to talk about paintball, including: “The guys really learned to interact with the team. First of all, they became friends with each other faster. Secondly, the communication inside, it improved, because they seemed to have experience and the very feeling that, you know, you are driven into a corner, and you need to quickly make any decision. This is called critical thinking. We have a corporate culture in the special economic zone of Alabuga, which each follows, because it comes straight from the lips of the General Director. ”

In addition to philosophical reasoning that “critical thinking” is the ability to think in critical situations, Vadim Ivanov sees in paintball and other advantages, health benefits: “ We all know that outdoor games, like paintball, football, in general, in any manifestation, it affects health well. And this, pretty, is cool when the college itself arranges any sports events to strengthen the spirit and, so to speak, the body. ”

According to the results of the games of 2022, one of the sources claims, 50 people were expelled. In general, more than 600 people participated in the game , and more than 30 million rubles were spent on this. It so happened that paintball in 2022 practically coincided with mobilization. The games began two and a half weeks before it began. Then it was decided to make them more ambitious. It was under the final battle that students dug trenches. And then the General Director of the Special Economic Zone Timur Shagivaleev came up with the plot for the next PR video . Two BRDMs were brought as decorations on the battlefield (combat reconnaissance and diver vehicle- approx. Ed. ), Improvable actors distributed weapons. According to the plot of the video, some terrorists penetrated the territory of Alabuga, and the mobile group of students in paintball uniforms was supposed to neutralize them.

In addition to a staged struggle against terrorists on the battlefield, students reconstructed the battles of World War II. The best 1st year students are sergeants, the most talented senior students are captains, and generals are managerial composition. Among the latter was Timur Shagivaleev. During the game from Shagivaleev, one could hear that everything went not according to plan. Sometimes he broke into students, shouted at them.

On one of the game days, after the defeat of the Shagivaleev team, already in the evening, Shagivaleev decided to conduct a training under his own command. Several girls complained about headache and high pressure - they asked to let them relax, to which Shagivaleev replied: “What to rest?! Whoever hurts their heads immediately to fuck home, we do not need such students! Fucking is going on in the country! The country needs heroes! ”

Timur Shagivaleev read the message of the co -author of the investigation from the RZVRT Daria Litvishko with a request to give a comment about what was happening in Alabug, but ignored it.

Chapter III. Teenage slavery

Pintball is a demonstrative story, but not the worst in the context of the description of the modern life of Alabuga students. Here we are returning to the main theme of our series of investigations about Alabuga - to the assembly of combat drones. After all, they plan to organize the bulk of the production of combat UAVs with their hands.

Now about 1000 people are studying in Polytech. Several hundred of them are already involved in the assembly of the "Shahdov", which are supplied from Iran. First of all, the source claims, we are talking about children from fifteen to seventeen years old who entered the college after the ninth grade of the school. Initially, the choice in favor of minor students was made due to the fact that adults are, as a rule, the latest college students. They were already involved in other projects, were engaged in other important things and there was no point in attracting them. Now this is not the case anymore. All possible forces are now being transferred to the project for the assembly of Shahdov. Some production stops, and some completely eliminate.

In October last year, the Minister of Construction and Housing and Public Utilities of Russia Ireku Fayzullin and the head of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov presented new Alabugi projects. Among others are the production of housekeeping. Планировалось построить огромное, уникальное для России производство, с объемом инвестиций 21 млрд рублей, способное выпускать готовые блоки-комнаты, уже с проведенными коммуникациями, внутренней и внешней отделкой. На сборку дома из таких блоков требуется всего несколько дней и минимальное количество рабочей силы и техники. Весной 2022 года руководство Алабуги планировало поставлять эти блоки в Украину для массовой застройки захваченных территорий.

По нашим данным, этот проект был полностью закрыт и расформирован, а всех студентов, задействованных на проекте, перевели собирать «Шахеды». На момент нашего разговора с учащимися Алабуги, студенты продолжали прибывать на производство дронов-камикадзе.

— Буквально позавчера, сто пятьдесят новых студентов, со второго и третьего курса. When to train them? С проектов из других подразделений, всех перевели к нам на проект, потому что сейчас на него все силы, все деньги на него идут, — жалуется Алёна, студентка «Алабуги Политех», которая работает на проекте по сборке «Шахедов».

Зарплата задействованных в производстве студентов зависит от выполнения плана. В среднем это сумма в районе 30-40 тысяч рублей. Зарплату студенты получают официально — с ними заключены трудовые договоры. Но рабочий график, утверждённый договором, не соответствует действительности. За переработки студентам не доплачивают: «Мы восьмого и девятого мая тоже работали. Никто нам ничего не доплатил. Сверхурочно за работу в выходные дни тоже никто ничего не платил», — рассказывает один из студентов.

Студенты рассказывают, что иногда им приходится работать по нескольку дней без сна и «практически без еды». На вопрос, почему сами студенты не бунтуют против такого отношения к себе, один из них отвечает: «Все боятся. I can’t say this at all. Руководство нас очень сильно запугивает по этому поводу» .

Тем, кого привлекают к сборке беспилотников, запрещено говорить о том, чем они занимаются, под угрозой отчисления. В пункте 6.1 договора об обучении, рассказывает студентка Алёна, говорится, что им запрещено разглашать информацию об «Алабуге» в целом, об этапах обучения. В случае нарушения этих требований студент вынужден будет платить от полутора до двух миллионов рублей.

— Никто ничего не говорит и не скажет, — утверждает один из студентов. — Я уверен, я сейчас тоже достаточно рискую, потому что у нас везде и камеры, и прослушки, и чего только нет. Но в принципе, мне на самом деле не страшно, потому что я понимаю, что происходит здесь полная жесть. Мне очень сильно жалко людей, которые так хотят сюда попасть. Приезжают и очень сильно разочарованы.

По словам студентов, у всех, кто задействован в производстве «лодок» (напомним, так на особом языке особой экономической зоны называются дроны-камикадзе), служба безопасности «Алабуги» отбирает телефоны перед началом работы и читает их переписки: «Это не блеф. Была куча отчислений уже за распространение информации. Например, с друзьями сидишь, болтаешь, рассказываешь им чего-то. Потом отчисление и всё» .

Отказаться от работы на проекте, как и от игры в пейнтбол, можно, но это чревато последствиями: «Нам всё это, в принципе, очень сильно не нравится. But it is impossible to leave the project. Ты либо отчисляешься, либо сидишь на проекте» , — рассказывает другой студент.

Отчисляться готовы не все. При поступлении родители студентов подписывают документ с описанием условий обучения. За красивыми словами стоит, фактически, подростковое рабство. Когда родители понимают, что кроется за этим «договором», возможности извлечь детей из этой системы, не заплатив огромную сумму, нет.

Студенты рассказывают, что сумма выплат в случае отчисления зависит от направления обучения и прошедшего срока. Например, юристы и экономисты, в случае отчисления с первого курса, будут платить 420 тысяч рублей. На всех остальных направлениях сумма выплат будет составлять около 170 тысяч рублей.

Отчислиться и «потеряться» тоже невозможно, потому что трудовой договор — трёхсторонний. Его подписывает «Алабуга Политех», сам студент и его родители. В случае отчисления и «исчезновения» студента, все штрафы будут выплачивать его родители.

Тотальная занятость в проекте по сборке иранских боевых дронов не могла не отразиться на успеваемости вовлечённых в это студентов. Многие из них работают с утра до ночи, а на учёбу времени не остаётся. Преподаватели в курсе, чем занимаются студенты: «Они тоже хотят, чтобы мы учились. Но у нас просто нет времени, мы пытаемся это объяснить», — рассказывает Алёна. При этом, 300 часов пропусков занятий ведут к отчислению. Службой администрирования образовательного кластера руководит Эльвира Фомина, но она не хочет решать эту проблему, утверждают источники. Фомина заблокировала журналиста «Протокола» Сергея Подсытника сразу в двух мессенджерах в ответ на просьбу прокомментировать происходящее в «Алабуге».

— Алабуга же полностью ломает человека и строит из него того, кого хочет видеть руководство, — говорит один из студентов, когда мы затрагиваем тему общих настроений студентов о войне.

И, честно говоря, по разговорам со студентами видно, что «ломать» у Алабуги получается. За всё время подготовки этого материала нам не удалось найти ни одного студента, который чётко бы осознавал, что делает. Некоторые добровольно перешли на проект по сборке «Шахедов», потому что на другом проекте приходилось работать «не по специальности» и студенты, цитата, « очень мало, чем занимались» . Но для большинства основной аргумент — зарплата.

— К нам часто приезжают люди и рассказывают насчёт военных действий, Украины и так далее. Так сказать, развивают патриотическое. Но, как и я, большинство студентов пошли туда работать только из-за денег. И лично я многого не понимаю в этой ситуации, поэтому не знаю, как отношусь к военной операции, — говорит одна из студенток .

Chapter IV. Международное рабство

Помимо подростков из России, к производству привлекают студенток из стран Африки. В привлечение «мулаток», как их называют в «Алабуге», вовлечены всё те же несовершеннолетние студенты. Идея схемы привлечения «мулаток» принадлежала генеральному директору особой экономической зоны производственного типа «Алабуга», а по совместительству депутату госсовета Татарстана, Тимуру Шагивалееву.

Собеседники рассказывают, что раньше у Шагивалеева были хорошие идеи по развитию региона, по развитию иностранных производств. Он планировал привлечение инвестиций в политех. С началом войны в Украине всё поменялось. Когда она началась, в Алабуге решили организовывать сотрудничество с другими странами. Исходя из вводных новой реальности, в колледж «Алабуга Политех» стали зазывать студентов из стран третьего мира. Была организована кампания по привлечению студентов, но она не увенчалась успехом — добровольно люди из Африки не особенно собирались поступать в «Алабугу». Тогда их решили привлекать с помощью приложений для знакомств «Тиндер» и «Баду».

Вот как это было организовано. Всем студентам оформили премиум-аккаунты в упомянутых приложениях. Тимур Шагивалеев, как утверждает источник, лично написал «скрипты для общения» с потенциальными иностранными студентками — для этого было проведено отдельное совещание. Непосредственное участие генерального директора было обусловлено тем, что он идеально знает английский язык, а студенты — нет. Шагивалеев рассказывал им где какой смайлик поставить и что написать. Студенты искали людей из определённых африканских стран. Акцент был сделан на девушках, якобы потому, что парни из африканских стран «могут быть слишком агрессивными и опасными» .

Итак, студенты непринуждённо знакомились с девушками и, под предлогом знакомства, предлагали поехать вместе учиться в Алабугу. Скидывали сайт, где нужно было оставить заявку на поступление. И уже после этого с «мулатками» связывались «специалисты». Вся процедура рекрутинга длилась около девяти месяцев. Сами молодые люди из «Тиндера» и «Баду» куда-то пропадали, а через две недели писали: «Я тебя не дождался, я уже поехал. Здесь просто офигенно». Скидывали фотографии на фоне строений в Алабуге, которые заранее сделал фотограф.

Осенью 2022 года состоялось первое поступление африканских студенток — в «Алабугу» удалось привлечь несколько десятков человек. Первое время студенток изолировали от остальных студентов. Для них построили отдельные корпуса для обучения и проживания. «Мулаткам» преподают на английском языке. В дальнейшем они будут привлекаться, до 2024 года , к самой низкоквалифицированной работе. Например, будут мыть полы и убирать мусор. В концепции «Алабуги» нет обслуживающего персонала вроде уборщиков и грузчиков — это всё перекладывается на студентов.

В нашем распоряжении есть, например, штатное расписание Алабуги. Тут вы можете увидеть, что все работники разделены на три типа — мулатки, таджики и, высшее сословие, специалисты. Как вы уже догадались, под мулатками в этом документе имеются ввиду те самые африканские студентки, а таджиками в прогрессивной экономической зоне называют разнорабочих со знанием фарси.

О том, как сейчас обстоят дела с иностранными студентами мы спросили и Вадима, который представился нам стажёром отдела маркетинга и PR: «Есть иностранные студентки, естественно. Это проект “Алабуга старт”. И он заключается в том, что набирают дам из стран СНГ на работу в особой экономической зоне Алабуга» . Зачем было говорить про «дам из стран СНГ», когда на официальном сайте проекта «Алабуга старт» есть перечень стран, из которых прибыли студентки? На момент написания текста: Уганда, Эфиопия, Нигерия, Танзания и Пакистан в СНГ не состояли. Из перечисленных стран в содружество входят только Азербайджан и Кыргызстан.

Глава V. Вывод-заключение

Недавно Рустам Минниханов сказал, что его главное желание — победить в «СВО». Общаясь с источниками, изучая документы и анализируя данные, мы понимаем, что он не задумывается о средствах, пытаясь достичь этой цели.

Сейчас множество студентов, насмотревшись красочной рекламы, едут подавать документы на поступление в колледж «Алабуга Политех». Они даже не предполагают, что вместо качественного образования и работы на высокотехнологичном производстве их ждут «расстрелы», рытьё окопов, отвратительное отношение со стороны менеджмента и, самое страшное, сборка смертоносных дронов-камикадзе «Шахед». Поделитесь этим текстом, чтобы у тех, кто ещё не поступил в «Алабугу», была возможность ознакомиться с правдивой информацией об этом месте и сделать выбор — участвовать в сомнительных инициативах руководства «Алабуги» и убийстве мирных жителей Украины или избежать этого участия.

Что касается тех, кто уже учится в этом колледже. Основной вопрос — почему студенты продолжают в этом участвовать? Ключевую роль тут играет конформизм и некоторая отстраненность от глобальных проблем: «Я не понимаю зачем всё это надо, но раз сказали, значит буду делать. Наверху не дураки сидят». Штраф, который необходимо заплатить при отчислении — огромный и совершенно неподъемный для тех, кто поступает в политех. В основном это ближайшие небольшие города, села и деревни. Учитывая не очень хорошее материальное состояние семей студентов, здесь хорошие зарплаты с самого первого курса. Например, многие четверокурсники (которые уже на хороших должностях) в декабре, получив перерасчет зарплаты, смогли закрыть все кредиты родителей, купить себе макбук, последние айфоны, а кто-то и машины. Первостепенную роль тут играет даже не доступ к материальным благам, а ощущение выхода из бедности, гордость, одобрение от родителей и школьных друзей.
