All this activity occurs in the political plane, as well as to completely tangible and even material results of the rebellion - the incident has not had any consequences. A month ago, we raised a dozen questions about the progress and consequences of the uprising. Now the answers to them are obvious.
How many victims did the Russian army and power structures have suffered during attempts to interfere with the advancement of the Wagner PMC deep into the country?
Are criminal cases opened on the fact of the death of military personnel?
How many and what technique of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation or other power structures are destroyed or damaged during the “self-defense” of the “Wagner” (this is what the press service of its owner calls the actions of the PMC)?
The authorities of the Ivanovo region confirmed the death during the rebellion of the crew of the aircraft-the IL-22 control point. Channel One, Irina Kuksenkova, in her telegram channel, stated that there were 10 people on board, that the plane was allegedly shot down by Prigozhinians by chance, since "the fool-pave-nos0 in the column shot down all the soaring."
She also said that the owner of the PMC allegedly agreed to pay the dead to the families of 50 million rubles.
Also, during the rebellion of the Russian Air Force, at least six helicopters with crews (at least 13 people) lost at least six helicopters.
According to the ORYX research project, the Wagnerians also allegedly captured the KamAZ-435029 “Patrol-A” car and the Tiger-M armored car. There were no official evidence.

Vladimir Putin, speaking to the military, said:
“Our combat comrades died. They did not flinch and with honor fulfilled the order and their military duty. ”
The head of the State Duma defense committee Andrei Kartapolov says the exact opposite:
“They [the Wagnerians] did not offend anyone, did not break anything. No one has the slightest complaints about them - nor the inhabitants of Rostov, nor the military personnel of the South -Western Administration, or law enforcement agencies. ”
Nothing is known about criminal cases on the fact of the death of military personnel.
Are there dead or victims among the civilian population?
Are criminal cases opened?
The Governor of the Voronezh Region Alexander Gusev damage caused to local residents during the rebellion, in his telegram channel, outlined this:
“These are a little more than a couple of dozen residential buildings, several outbuildings and cars. <...> Four residents of the region, among whom are one child, also received easy harm to health. We will pay them 100 thousand rubles. ”

The head of the Pavlovsky district of the Voronezh region, Maxim Yantsov, said that 19 households were injured in the village of Yelizavetovka as a result of the shootout, which occurred on June 24, when a column of PMC Vagner was held in the district. And he promised the owners of compensation.
People were injured in the following circumstances. In the evening of June 24, at 19.16, on the highway between the village of Anna and the Borisoglebsk Voronezh region, three cars fell under a aircraft scholar. 31-year-old driver Oleg Dolgov-a resident of the village of Anna-told reporters: “I heard a whistle, did not attach any importance to this, and after a second several bombs fell on the left. Glasses flew out. He cut the face to me, my wife, the child was injured. ” Also, a number of channels published a video of the rocket in the wagon; It was reported that there were supposedly civilians and that the case took place on the Don highway. The official authorities did not comment on this.
It is reliably known: the Vagrnerites walked, mixing with civilian cars, and also used trucks with trading networks
(purchased by companies, as retailers confirm), so the situation looks believable.
Criminal cases on the facts of conscious or erroneous strike on civilian one or the other are not instituted. The limits of the permissible “self -defense”, as Prigozhin called the actions of “Wagner”, are especially visible against the backdrop of real terms for throwing a plastic cup towards a policeman or an injection with a ballpoint pen.
Are there any infrastructure facilities damaged during the promotion of the march or attempts to stop it?
Will compensation for the repair of the damaged roadway and overtime employees of power structures be recovered from the campaign participants, as was done after the suppression of the opposition shares?
In Rostov-on-Don, the technique of rebels damaged 10 thousand square meters. m of the roadway, Budennovsky Prospekt was most affected. The mayor of the city Alexei Logvinenko confirmed this. The cost of work is unknown, but, according to journalists, will be at least 10 million rubles. Work will pay the budget.
In the Lipetsk region, during the march-brush, the Wagnerians were digging a motorway. The authorities plan to pave the roads again how much funds will take - it is unknown.

* Why did the PMC columns freely went through a number of regions (for example, Lipetsk and Rostov regions) and were not stopped?
There is no answer to these questions, as there is no information about criminal cases. A number of resignations in the army leadership and the complete disappearance from the public field of General Surovikin indirectly indicate that no matter how gently the rebels treated the border guards and officers of the South-Western Headquarters, something in this, it was very possible, went wrong.
Will Prigozhin save control over PMCs, and Utkin will preserve the commander's post?
Will PMCs have heavy equipment and aviation?
They were preserved. And the PMC commanders were even accepted by the president in the Kremlin five days after the rebellion. The equipment and ammunition, the transfer of which propaganda reported to the Ministry of Defense - this is the equipment and ammunition provided by the PMC by the Military Department for the duration of Prigogine on the front line. They take all their own to Belarus. According to satellite pictures published the other day, there are already many equipment in the Wagner PMC “Wagner” near Osipovichi.
As for the Concord’s office seized during the search, the cache billions have already been returned - these are the payments to the wounded and the families of the dead. The reward "Glock" is also, personally in the hands of Prigozhin. About other objects that appeared on the records published by propagandists, is silent.
The answer is in three July examples. In Kursk, the court fined a mother -in -law for 30 thousand rubles for the “discrediting” of the army. The reason for drawing up the protocol was a single picket, which did not take place, since the security forces were immediately detained on the spot.
The editor-in-chief of the Ural Revda-Info, Valentin Permyakov, was fined 30 thousand rubles for a record of Russian troops.
In the Sverdlovsk region, a rural teacher was fined for the same amount - the parents of the students wrote a denunciation, the woman did not plead guilty.
By the way, does Prigogine criticism fall under the concept of discrediting a rebellion? In order to bring her out of punishment, deputies from the "new people" introduced the corresponding bill. However, the Supreme Court gave him a negative review, indicating that responsibility and so only for criticizing the “legal” actions of PMCs. What exactly will be considered legal, taking into account the lack of punishment for events on June 23–24, apparently, remains at the discretion of law enforcement.
