Eight days before the publication of the video in the telegram channel “Smersh. Sevastopol ”appeared a photograph of Voloshin and screenshots from his pages in social networks with videos of Maxim Katz* and other opposition bloggers. The channel moderator called on readers to write a statement about the commission of crimes in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and “wish him all the best” in personal messages on the sites of VKontakte and Odnoklassniki.
Following a video was published in which two masked policemen, having run out of the car, strictly detain Voloshin walking along the street. “Everything is packing,” they say, breaking his hands.
Three days after those “apologies”, July 23, the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case against 23-year-old resident of Samara Alena Agafonova. The girl was accused of abuse of the bodies of the deceased and desecrating places of their burial (part 1 of article 244 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). She faces an arrest for up to three months.

The blogger, however, is related not only to the Crimean SMERSH. At least its initially his contacts for communication were also indicated in the publics of other cities. Talipov is not a random person. After the Crimean Spring, he was an adviser to the Deputy Prime Minister of Crimea Mikhail Sheremet and oversee the Pure Coast program, within the framework of which illegally erected hotels and fences were revealed on the Black Sea coast.
The program was very popular on the peninsula: people here are really tired of the fact that any more or less wealthy businessmen and influential officials grabbed pieces of Crimean beaches. Of course, it did not work out to put things in order: one thing is to demolish the fence at the hotel of some town entrepreneur, the other at the Viktor Yanukovych mansion, who then went to use by Yuri Kovalchuk. In 2015, realizing that the authorities cover his own, Talipov left the position of assistant Sheremet and even began to criticize officials, exposing corruption schemes.

Today, Alexander’s ideology is not aimed at the military and not at officials. His Telegram channel over a year and a half of the special operation grew from 5 to 96 thousand subscribers.
