The President of Russia suddenly said mysterious words

On the official website of the President of Russia yesterday, July 28, 2023, 20 minutes before midnight, video and text under the heading were published: "Vladimir Putin held a meeting with the heads of delegations of African states on Ukrainian problems."

Remember: now it is called "Ukrainian problems." Not worldwide, not European, not even Russian-Ukrainian. Just Ukrainian. But the sensation that happened at this meeting is the amazing recognition of the president.

Putin. As I spoke about this at our previous meeting in St. Petersburg, the draft of this <rright> treaty was actually agreed, but after the withdrawal of our troops from Kiev-and we were asked to do this in order to create conditions for concluding a final agreement-the Kiev authorities abandoned all previous agreements.

Four words are emphasized in the quote, because it was they who surprised and even stunned so many. You need to figure it out.

Question one: “We were asked” - about whom? In a brief introductory speech (then the meeting was “closed”) Putin said “we” 20 times. Who are these "we"?

Older people remember how they said "we entered Afghanistan," "we left Afghanistan." Who were these "we"? Who made the decision: USSR? Soviet citizens? army? No, the Politburo of the Central Committee of the CPSU.

Who are these "we" who in February 2022 decided on Ukrainian problems? 146 million citizens of Russia (including infants)? 110 million citizens of Russia who have the right to vote? No and no. Army? No, she did not make a decision, she followed the order. Only the Supreme Commander -in -Chief could give the order, he is the president of the country.

“Us” and “we” sounds beautiful, politely, protocol-corrective, but, to put it mildly, inaccurately.

Say “we”, as well as say “they,” means to erode responsibility, turn it into a collective one.

The second question. “We” went to Kyiv for a humane goal: to free Ukraine from the power of the Nazis. Then they moved away with the humane goal: to preserve the life of soldiers, etc. Then they moved away from Kharkov with a humane goal. That is, the goal, judging by the official statements, was always humane.

And now suddenly "we were asked."

So, from under Kyiv they left not out of humanism, but at someone’s request. Whose? - This is incredibly important. These unnamed petitioners are within Russia? No, this is excluded. Outside? Tell us, who?

(Tell the US President that he was asked to leave Afghanistan or from somewhere else, and he fulfilled this request-immediately the entire American press would demand an answer: who is the petitioner? Congress would begin an investigation.)

In the case of Ukrainian problems, we have the right to know by whose requests the life and fate of millions of people are solved?

It is necessary to quote honestly. At the mentioned meeting (the transcript is available on the Kremlin’s website), the Russian President said: “We do not want and do not strive to peacefully resolve any disputes.” I admit that these words (text, sound and video) will appear on the Internet and cause anger, shock, indignation. But it will be dishonest. This is called “tore out of context” (many of the politicians and journalists became and become victims of this method). The full phrase sounded like this.

Putin. Nevertheless, this does not mean that we do not want and do not strive for the peaceful resolution of any disputes.

He (what is important) read his speech on a piece of paper. This means that the design of this phrase cannot be considered unsuccessful improvisation.

The President reads verified, agreed, approved texts. Thus, four “not” (four -fold denial, which will confuse Russian, and the torment of translators in African languages ​​cannot be imagined) - quite conscious, classically diplomatic clouding of meaning.

If this phrase is put in order so that it sounds directly, in a heavenly one, it will turn out: “We want and strive for the peaceful resolution of any disputes,” but why “us” such harmful simplicity?

The third question. As soon as the active phase of Ukrainian problems began, we (people) were constantly repeated "everything goes according to plan." We went according to plan, moved according to plan, and now suddenly "we were asked."

Was this request also planned? By whom? When? And who is the petitioner?
