At night, drones crashed into Moscow City towers

On the night of July 30, drones attacked the Moscow City skyscraper complex. Due to the explosion, documents from departments located in buildings were scattered across the street.

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin confirmed the fact of damage to buildings. According to the Ministry of Defense, the drones were suppressed using electronic warfare and crashed into the Moscow City towers, losing control.

After the attack, Vnukovo airport temporarily ceased operations, and then flight restrictions were lifted.

Residents of the city reported at least two explosions in the Moscow City area. The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that another drone was shot down in the Odintsovo region.

Moscow City houses the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications, Rosturizm, Rosstandart and Rosimushchestvo.
