A St. Petersburg resident was arrested in Moscow on charges of treason. This is his third arrest in the last month.

The Lefortovsky District Court of Moscow arrested Vyacheslav Lutor, a Petersburger, in the case of treason (Article 275 of the Criminal Code) and participation in a terrorist organization (Part 2 of Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code). This is reported by Mediazona with reference to the database of Moscow courts.

The same database contains information about Luthor's two previous administrative arrests. For the first time he was sent to a pre-trial detention center on July 11 - under the article on petty hooliganism (part 2 of article 20 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). It is not known how long he spent under arrest. Judging by the decision of the Solntsevsky District Court of Moscow, Lutor “expressed obscene language, shouted loudly and waved his arms” at the airport.

The second time, Luthor was arrested for 15 days under the article on disobedience to a police officer (part 1 of article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The reason was that the man allegedly refused to show his passport to the security forces. "Mediazona" reports that Luthor was supposed to leave the detention center on July 29, the day he was arrested again - this time on a case of treason.

The publication suggests that Vyacheslav Lutor is a 33-year-old bank employee from St. Petersburg.
