On the night of July 30, Moscow and the Moscow region were attacked by drones. Mayor Sergei Sobyanin reported "minor damage to the facades on two City office towers." According to him, there were no victims or injured as a result of the attack.

According to TASS , the explosion occurred in the IQ-quarter building: windows were broken on the fifth and sixth floors. In addition, the Oko-2 tower was damaged, the glass from the first to the fourth floor was broken there. According to the agency, one person was injured as a result of the drone attack.

The Russian Defense Ministry said that on the morning of July 30, an attempt at a "terrorist attack by the Kiev regime" was thwarted. The department said two drones "were suppressed by electronic warfare" and lost control, causing non-residential buildings in Moscow City to crash.

The IQ-quarter tower houses seven ministries and departments. Among them are the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Digital Development. Telegram channels publish photos and videos of documents that were thrown out of the building by the blast.

TASS reports that as a result of a drone attack in Moscow, Vnukovo Airport was temporarily closed. In addition, traffic along Testovskaya Street in the Moscow City area is blocked.

Another drone was destroyed by air defense systems over the territory of the Odintsovo district of the Moscow region, reported the Ministry of Defense . In addition, 16 drones were shot down over annexed Crimea, and nine more crashed in the Black Sea.
