In Moscow, they detained and arrested for 15 days of street artist Philip Kozlov, known under the pseudonym Philippenzo. This was announced by his friend Artem Loskutov.
Loskutov told the Russian BBC service that on July 29, Kozlov flew to Moscow from Georgia. He was detained at the airport and drawn up a protocol on the disobedience to the police officer (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

The last work of Philip Kozlov is called “Personnel” - he made it on the Day of Russia on June 12. The artist placed an inscription under the electric factory bridge on the Yauza embankment in Moscow. After that, the police came to him, as a result of which he decided to go to Georgia.
Kozlov is an artist from Volgograd. Local courts fined him three times under an article on the "discredit" of the army. Twice-because of the work of “ours of our” with the image of the coffins, which he created by Victory Day and published a photo on Instagram.

One more time, Kozlov was fined for the publication of the illustration of Yuri Zhuravel with the military who gives the child a bloodied toy, and the repost news about the detention of lawyer Ekaterina Morozova because of the anti-war picket in Moscow.
