This week he drove through Krasnogorodsk in Pypalov two times on elections in these areas. On Monday, Yandex-Navigator paved my way first along a dirt road, but two cars were freely traveling there, and about five kilometers to the federal highway had to drive along a narrow rut with thickets of marmot, which with its paws of wide leaves touched the car.

I do not want to say that we have all such roads. Rather, over the past ten years of high -quality federal roads, there are more, but specifically to get from Krasnogorodsk to Pypalovo (two neighboring regional centers 30 km from each other) or get to Krasnogorodsk from Pskov through Velier (without making a hook) now only on dirt roads.

And today, having chosen another road to Povalovo, he again realized that both dirt roads could hardly be called comfortable for travel. I can imagine what they turn into an offseason into ... and at some point on this road I met a territory with destroyed buildings, where people probably lived on 30–40 years ago, developed their areas, understood that there were schools, hospitals, maternity departments at a distance from them ... And today, at the congress from federal highways, there is a high concentration of borshshik, the lack of normal roads and conditions for life like schools, it seems to be schools. hospitals and work. And a decrease in the number of residents of the Pskov region by a quarter over the past 20 years perfectly records this hopelessness.

And with all this, our authorities support the planting of the so -called Russian world into a neighboring sovereign country where they are not waiting for us. This costs the state hundreds of millions of dollars daily (that is, for two to three days, funds are spent comparable to the annual budget of the Pskov region!). And it may be the impression that this is due to the provision of the inhabitants of our areas by all living conditions, well, or the lack of territories.

Alas ... there are plenty of their territories, but there are catastrophically lacking conditions for a normal life on them, but we still climb our boot for a neighbor ...
