“To establish, by September 1, 2023, at the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation a remote (remote) work mode for federal civil servants and workers holding positions that are not positions in the federal state civil service,” the document says.
In addition, Reshetnikov instructed the heads of the ministry’s structural divisions to convey to their subordinates “recommendations on the actions of government personnel in the event of a threat or commission of a terrorist act.” Also, a “mode of possible presence in the building of the government complex from 8:00 to 22:00” was introduced for employees of the Ministry of Energy.
