Initially, three protocols were drawn up for the service under Part 2 of Article 6.21.2 of the Administrative Code, they were returned to Roskomnadzor due to violations, and then combined into one.

The reason for the complaints was the 16+ labeling on films “containing demonstrations of non-traditional sexual relationships.” Among them are “The Miseducation of Cameron Post”, “Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason”, “Perfect Strangers”, “Black Swan”, “The New Mutants”, “The Barber of England”, “Easy Student”, “The Imitation Game” and "Little Italy" and other paintings.

The day before, the Smolninsky District Court of St. Petersburg fined Rostelecom one million rubles under the same protocol. The reason for the case was the film “As Alive,” “Curse of Chucky,” “Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason” and “The English Barber” labeled 16+ on the Wink platform, which, according to RKN, belongs to the provider.
