Local resident Sergei Dev. was sentenced to compulsory work due to repost records on Victory Day in the Telegram channel "War is Crownge." A university teacher was examined by the posts of posts, it says that the state can use the methods of power influence in its policy, "including the physical destruction of even innocent." North. Sergei Deva is a birth from the Murmansk region, studied at the University of Petrozavodsk, then he was engaged in local history, projects related to city architecture, and education in the field of mental education.

Dev. wrote in local media articles on various social topics in Karelia. For example, about the scandalous construction of a kindergarten in the park of stone Bor. Sergei was judged under Art. 354 of the Criminal Code - "Rehabilitation of Nazism". Dev. only replaced the record in his telegram channel (according to Dev., he deleted the telegrams-channel before the investigation, only screenshots of records from the canal were presented in court).

-It was rather a gesture of despair: I just needed to share with someone what was tormented by. Find like -minded people. We went out into the street, the green ribbons tied. This is called a quiet protest. Of course, without calls for violence or direct agitation: I was not in any anti -war protest, except for a five -minute picket on February 24 in Syktyvkar. The historical parallels that the authors of the post drew attention to me seemed interesting to me that our power is trying to equalize the victory in the Great Patriotic War and current military operations. In the summer I deleted the channel, and a few months later they came to me with a search, - recalls Dev.

Uncle Sasha

During one of the trials for interrogation, an FSB officer was called as a witness, who monitored the telegram channel of another and participated in the search. According to him, the department had information about Sergey’s anti -war sentiments, they knew in the FSB that Dev. participated in the very only picket in Syktyvkar. Dev. suggests that a criminal case against him could be instituted after denunciation. In fact, nothing about the denunciation of a resident of Karelia is said.

“I think anyone could write a denunciation.” I have a consideration on this score, but I do not want to name the surname. The channel had 67 subscribers, one of them or friends in social networks who saw my posts could convey. In addition, in my environment there are enough people who support power and at the same time know about my beliefs, ”says Sergey.

The proof of the guilt of another was the political science examination, which was ordered by the investigation from the associate professor of Petrozavodsk University Alexander Ilyin. Ilyin taught another at the university. During the hearing, the lawyer of Dev. Natalya Chernova asked Ilyin if he could take self -relocation and not to do an examination against his former student. Ilyin refused the self -release, saying that the accused for him was not a relative and not a friend, but the students of the teacher "had several thousand" for all the time of work.

-Ilyin taught us several subjects: philosophy, marketing, some kind of extremism course, it seems. It was difficult to keep track of his thoughts in a lecture, he often left the topic and told some tales from his life or moments from the history of the country. But I still did not miss his lectures. The funny thing is that in 2019 I helped him in one study about the attitude of adolescents to the Great Patriotic War. I am even indicated by the co -author of this work. And at the same time, the same article is indicated in the list of literature for examination in my criminal case. The author of the examination is the person who taught me, who oversee my group in the undergraduate and whom everyone knows as Uncle Sasha. Just Uncle Sasha. He now writes examinations for everyone.

Ilyin studied not only the repost of the FAS, which was made by Dev. in his telegram channel, but also more than 10 records made in the Dev. Channel. However, in the criminal case there was only one repost, which concerned on May 9.

In the examination, by order of the investigation, "just Uncle Sasha" came to the conclusion that the record for which a criminal case was opened against another - - "In form, it is a methodological guide to protest actions on May 9." Ilyin calls the record itself "a perverted statement of state and national events dedicated to the celebration of Victory Day."

Ilyin claims that the author of the post is incorrectly interpreting the goals and objectives of the Immortal Regiment campaign, which, according to Ilyin, is an abuse of the feelings of Russian citizens. The expert interprets the call to pour red in red paint Z and military equipment as a perversion of the real attitude of Russian citizens to the feat of the Soviet people.

Ilyin’s examination says that it is unacceptable to express his opinion if it does not coincide with an official point of view. And if the state wages a war - or a “special military operation” - to oppose the wrong thing: the war is just one of the means of state policy. Therefore, "state bodies are obliged to use the entire arsenal of power resources, tools, including power exposure. Among them are military operations (including the physical destruction of even innocent)."

Among them, military operations (including the physical destruction of even innocent) are the same justified and necessary as education, conviction or informational, psychological, administrative, socio-economic, legal impact on humans and society.

A power resource is an extreme form of political influence and not only acceptable, but is mandatory. And vice versa, the crime and immoral is not its use. "

It is not the first time Alexander Ilyin was an expert in the courts and, at the request of the prosecution, conducts different examinations. He was an expert in the case of a veteran of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the 77-year-old Tatyana Savinkina, against whom the case of the "discredit" of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation for stirring anti-war leaflets in the entrance was instituted.

Ilyin prepared another examination in the case of the deputy of the Legislative Assembly from the Yabloko party Emilia Slabunova, which the police accused of discrediting the RF Armed Forces for the words that it was not necessary to spend taxes on special military operations, but it is necessary to send them to the construction of schools.

In these words, Slabunova Ilyin saw the call "not to recognize the importance of the tasks of the Armed Forces when fulfilling his own in the protection of the interests of the Russian Federation." Of the evidence of the guilt of another, the investigation was only an examination made by the former teacher of the accused, and the performance of a witness-an FSB officer who studied Sergey’s telegram channel and conducted a search. In court, he stated that the check of the channel was conducted on the basis of information about the anti -war position of Sergey and that it could be a moderator. Where did the FSB come from this information is unknown.

Sergey and his lawyer Natalya Chernova hoped that the case would end with a fine, although the amount of fines under this article is huge: from one to five million. But he was sentenced to two years for compulsory work. After the court decision, the other should move to the hostel of the so -called correctional center, which is usually organized under the colony, the convicts are there under constant supervision.

- I immediately pleaded guilty and did not conflict with the investigator. What is called, did not want to run into. I gave everything right away when they came with a search. Honestly, I counted on a fine, somehow I would collect with the help of family and friends. Well, or a conditional term. When the prosecution required two years of compulsory work, I did not even understand at first what it was. I did not know about such a punishment at all, but it turned out that this was provided for by the article. It is very difficult from the thought that you will have to part with his wife, not to see my parents and grandparents for a long time who support me.

According to the law, people who fall into correctional labor are serving a sentence in correctional centers (ICs) or in areas that function in the correctional centers (UFIC) mode. The convicts are not isolated from society, they do not stand on the satisfaction with the FSIN, the state does not provide them with food and clothing (with the exception of cases when the convict for some reason does not have funds to purchase the necessary products and things independently). Convicts to forced labor with the permission of the IC administration can go to the store, contact the "free" hospitals to receive medical care, and not resort to the services of prison doctors, they can also choose a specific doctor they want to go to. Moreover, according to the PEC and the internal regulations approved by order of the Ministry of Justice of December 29, 2016 No. 329, convicts who have no penalties, with the permission of the administration, can leave the correctional center for the time of the annual paid leave (18 calendar days) and conduct it with the family.

All the time since the search, Sergey is under the subscription about the lower room. In the summer, he organized in Petrozavodsk Tom Soyer Fest, a network volunteer building repair project. In Petrozavodsk, the festival participants repair the Savkin house on Herzen Street, which is almost 100 years old. An important role in organizing the festival, like other projects of Sergei, is played by his wife Arina: she draws posters and photographs.

- This is the All -Russian project, volunteers gather and at their own expense repair historical buildings. This topic has long been interesting to me. In other cities, Tom Soyer Fest has already been held, but we still do not. It is quite difficult to organize everything for the first time, but it was possible to collect a small team, find money, the most important thing is to attract the attention of the townspeople to this repair. People learn about us, share our posts, come to help. By the end of summer, we completely paint the house, repair the walls, the foundation. Already now I understand that physical work is not for me. I am still a weakness, the whole organism already hurts from constant nervous tension, and after working on the site I get tired incredibly. You can add anxiety, insomnia, panic attacks from every rustle outside the door and passing by a police car: my mental health has clearly no longer been better.

Sergei and his lawyer plan to appeal to the court decision. In Karelia, this is the first sentence under the article "Rehabilitation of Nazism" related to anti -war cases.

In Russia, a separate punishment for criticism of the military, the Ministry of Defense and the actions of the Kremlin for participating in a full -scale war in Ukraine was introduced: Russians are threatened with real terms and huge fines for the "discredit" of the RF Armed Forces and "fakes" about military operations. Since March 2022, when the law entered into force, for anti-war statements, speeches and publications in Russia, 641 people became involved in criminal cases (according to the OVD-Info): of which 185 people were for “fakes”, 101 for repeated “discrediting”.

For an anti -war position, they are also judged by other articles: for example, for the "public calls for the implementation of terrorist activities", according to which, in 2023, the teacher of an art school from Petrozavodsk Irina Bystrova was convicted.
