
The Moscow authorities again, like the previous night, announced the prevention of drones. According to the mayor of the city, Sergei Sobyanin, the air defense forces were shot down on the night of August 10, two drones flying towards Moscow: one in the Kaluga region, the other in the area of the central ring road (TsKAD).
The Russian Ministry of Defense later reported that the attacks of drones were prevented in the Maloyaroslavsky district of the Kaluga region and the Odintsovo district of the Moscow Region. The department also claims that at night 11 Ukrainian drones tried to attack the annexed Sevastopol, but were shot down. There are no victims.
Moscow airports "Vnukovo" and "Domodedovo" on the night of August 10 introduced restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft, the so -called "carpet" plan. It is provided in case of the appearance of unknown flying objects. At least 11 flights were detained for departure and arrival.
At night, a fire and explosions in the city of Domodedovo near Moscow were also reported. There is no official data, according to local residents, the fire arose at the local car service as a result of the explosion of gas cylinders.
The Main Directorate of the EMERCOM of Russia said that the fire was in the village of Konstantinovo, the airport is about 10 kilometers from this place, the Russian BBC service notes .
On August 9, a strong explosion also occurred at a military plant in the city of Sergiev Posad in the Moscow region. The reasons are unknown, most often called the explosion of pyrotechnics. One person died, several dozen people were injured, there are missing people.
