Moscow was attacked by a drone again

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said that one drone flew over the city. He was shot down by air defense forces.

“No one was injured when the debris fell in the Karamyshevskaya embankment area. There is no serious damage. Emergency services are working on the spot,” Sobyanin wrote in his Telegram channel.

Earlier, RIA Novosti, citing eyewitnesses, reported an explosion in the Karamyshevskaya embankment area in the north-west of the capital.

Telegram channel Baza also, citing eyewitnesses, published footage showing white smoke in the Karamyshevskaya embankment area. The drone was allegedly flying from the Istrinsky district of the Moscow region.

Mash reported that the drone was flying along the Moscow River at an altitude of 150 meters. “Then there was the sound of an explosion. Presumably, the air defense went off,” writes the telegram channel. According to Mash, the UAV fell on the territory of the Vorokhobov Hospital. Channel 112 adds that the drone crashed in the forest area of ​​the hospital. No harm done.

“This afternoon, an attempt by the Kyiv regime to carry out a terrorist attack with an unmanned aerial vehicle on a facility in Moscow was stopped. The UAV was suppressed by electronic warfare and crashed in a forest in the west of Moscow,” said the Ministry of Defense . The military department added that there were no casualties or damage.

Vnukovo did not accept some flights from 9.40 to 10:50 in the morning, reports RIA Novosti , citing the airport’s press service. Now it is working normally.
