The artist Philippenzo (Philip Kozlov), the author of the “Izrossilovanie” graffiti, was again arrested for 15 days under the article of disobedience to security forces (Part 1 of Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code). this SOTAvision reports with reference to the artist’s support group.
Activists said that on the 13th day of the previous similar arrest, on August 10, Kozlov was taken to court, again charged with insubordination to law enforcement officers. There was no lawyer involved in the trial.
On July 29, the artist was detained at the airport when he was returning from Georgia, where he had been recently, and was arrested for 15 days, allegedly because he refused to show them his passport.
- In August 2022, Philippenzo was fined 45 thousand rubles under the article on discrediting the Russian army (Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code). The reason was his post on VKontakte with a drawing of a soldier and information about the war in Ukraine. It is not clear from the case materials what kind of information is being discussed. In June of the same year, the artist was twice fined 40 thousand rubles because of the graffiti “Zinc is ours”: for drawing a picture on a wall and for publishing his photograph on a social network.
