The Tverskoy District Court of Moscow fined the Megafon company one million rubles for “an LGBT demonstration” without the “18+” marking. This is reported by "Caution News".
Roskomnadzor drew up a protocol against the company for the film “Love, Love, Love” - in March, RKN discovered that the film was marked “16+”. One of the film's heroines says that she has a wife. At the same time, Megafon states that the “18+” restriction was placed on the film back in February. The film's distribution certificate did not change.
By August, Roskomndazor had drawn up more than 30 protocols against Russian streaming services under the article on “demonstration of LGBT people.” The courts imposed fines on ivi, Kinopoisk, Start, Premier, Beeline and other online cinemas.
