The Ministry of Justice in Pskov for a month drew up two protocols on the regional coordinator of the Voice of Vladimir Zhilinsky. He was accused of violating the law on "foreign agents." This was reported by the North.

He said that the new protocol came to him for an inconsistent report to the Ministry of Justice. Since receiving the previous one - it was compiled for the lack of marking in posts - two weeks have passed.

“I’m not going to report to these insects either. Why? Because I can. Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, I have nine points, of which I am already“ guilty ”in two of them. With the same success, you can quickly concoct the protocols and drag through manual“ judges ”. Let them have fun, I’m not going to pay their regime,” Zhilinsky said.

Under Russian law, the following violation may turn into a criminal case for Zhilinsky. The Criminal Code has an article on evading the obligations stipulated by the legislation on foreign agents. On it you can get two years of prison after the entry into force of decisions in two administrative cases.

The Human Rights Project "OTD -Info" noted that in the past few months, the Russian authorities have increased pressure on people recognized as "foreign agents" - they have massively draw up protocols for the lack of marking.

Who is Vladimir Zhilinsky

Vladimir Zhilinsky became the coordinator of the Voice movement in the Pskov region in 2018. In 2019, he created a “detainees help group”, which included lawyers and journalists. The organization helped political prisoners and detained in protests and in courts.

On March 19, 2022, the Pskov District Court fined Vladimir Zhilinsky for 10 thousand rubles for a photograph in a T -shirt with the inscription "I can handle" and an interview with the North Realia. Zhilinsky shared them on Facebook without marking.
