Apparently, Russia has its own charter - so to speak, “sovereign”, since the UN recognized and recognizes only the borders of Ukraine and the Russian Federation that existed as of 2013, and what has been called “LPR” and “DPR” in Russia, in accordance with the principles of international law, part of the territories of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions of Ukraine, over which control has been lost. And the Crimea of ​​the UN has been considered as temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine since 2014. To make everything look like everyone else, but at the same time impeccably “sovereign”.

One problem was solved, but the other immediately arose with the word "special operation". As regulatory legal acts substantiating the beginning of large-scale military operations against Ukraine, the prosecution indicates a decree of the Russian Federation of Russia dated 02.22.2022 "On the use of the RF Armed Forces outside the territory of the Russian Federation" and "Friendship and Cooperation Agreements between the Russian Federation and the LPR, DPR". However, any special operations, according to Russian laws, can be carried out only inside the Russian borders, and the only basis for their beginnings can be the presidential decree. The permission to use the troops from the Federation Council does not mean an order to cross the border and the beginning of hostilities. Moreover, friendship and cooperation agreements, fully compliance with the charter of the home version of the UN. And no one saw the presidential decree, justifying the announced special operation in official resources. The order of the Supreme Commander -in -Chief of the RF Armed Forces to begin military operations, too, no one in a published form on official resources was able to find. If you mean a special operation to carry the brain, then it can be considered successfully spent and completed on one day.

One of the possible reasons why it was presented as assistance to other state entities was called not the traditional Soviet term "fulfillment of international duty", but by "special operation" is as follows: Ukraine should not be completely considered by the Russian population as a subject of international law. For many years, the continuing campaign in Russia has been aimed at a change in perception for many years. The Russian population was supposed to learn a contemptuous attitude to reality that arose after 1991, and the transformations themselves in the architecture of the world that occurred after the collapse of the USSR, perceive as evidence of their fall, defeat and humiliation. Therefore, a term was chosen, which essentially reported that “we are dealing with illegal militarized formations at home”, and we are not waging a war with another country, we do not enter the battle with its regular army. Such a term, not destroying, but supporting the model of the universe for internal use, was the word "special operation".

The concept is not new: starting in 2014, Ukrainian citizens who were captured during the hostilities or who were in the occupied territories, or even by negligence of their relatives in Russia, were captured by representatives of the Russian special services and police to give the court for actions committed in Ukraine. In fact, these people became political hostages, and the Russian audience was accustomed to the idea that Russian jurisdiction applies to the territory of Ukraine, to judge for participating in the Euromaidan and an “attack on law enforcement officials” who tried to suppress protests, in Russian ships and according to Russian laws. And the fact that the "injured employees" represented another state did not matter.

As soon as this counterpartication campaign had its fruits, Russia in the representation of the mass audience lost its boundaries, and the accession of Crimea legally recorded the destruction of its territorial integrity. "They did not take someone else's, but returned their own" - this is what I heard innumerable times since 2014. If you can announce anything offhand and in whim, without worrying about the absence of external evidence of your copyright, then there is nothing of your own at all. And a violation of integrity is not only removal, but also adding. And this integrity was determined by the external recognition of the subject of international law that was newly arising in 1991, called the "Russian Federation", which had specific international boundaries, which took place at the UN and Council of Ministers of the UN, where this new subject inherited the place of the veto.

Having managed to visit both the owner of a solid, freely convertible national currency, and a member of the "Big Eight", the Russian Federation declared the very reason for her birth "the greatest geopolitical catastrophe", and itself - its consequence. And she began to fight with this consequence with the aim of “returning its”, but just just, it still remains incomprehensible. No political program of returning to a specific form of statehood historically existing on this earth was opened openly. Is this a return to the USSR within its borders? Maybe yes, maybe not. Is this a return to the Russian Empire within 1913? Maybe yes, maybe not. Separately highlighted elements of ideological chaos allow us to talk about both other, but a holistic picture does not arise. And it is useless to ask: "Where are you rushing?"

The complete political uncertainty of the new course taken in 2007, as is indicated in school textbooks of history, does not imply the possibility of political hatred of this sacred cow, called "Russian reality". Politically hate lack of hold. She designated herself only by the denial of what was based on the creation of a new state named “Russian Federation” on the territory of the largest bloc, without saying anything concrete in return. In my understanding, this was equivalent to a shot in the temple, and why, against the backdrop of the rapid development of gold zero, Russia had suicidal intentions, I do not know. I hope historians of the future will solve this riddle.

And I return to the charges and their wording, in particular, to the disposition of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation hastily updated on April 25, 2022. I will not now focus on the fact that this update occurred significantly later than made by me the blame for the publication. The fact that it has no spatial boundaries does not have them in time, and in this I do not see logic disorders. But in the very essence of the additions - yes. It is that we are talking about the actions of the RF Armed Forces, including in order to "maintain international peace and security." The whole question is, what is this very world and who is a danger to him? If the home version of the UN consists of the Russian Federation, the LPR and the DPR, which of the three subjects threatens to whom? In addition, this home version of the international community has disappeared, since the DPR and LPR were included in the Russian Federation at the legislative level. Here it would be logical to say that 3/4 of approximately new Russian subjects remains under Ukrainian occupation, because Russia declares war on Ukraine. And then declare Ukraine in general a threat to humanity. This would have nothing to do with reality, but it would be logical from the point of view of statements about the international nature of the mission of the Russian army. But nothing of the kind happened. And then, when Russia decided to include several more regions of Ukraine in its composition, it also did not make such a statement, because it would contradict the concept of “returning its” and would mean the recognition of Ukraine by the subject of international law. And at the same time, it would be necessary to admit not the home version of the UN, but the very one that immediately “suturedly denigrated Russian reality” by her resolution ES -11/1 ( “aggression against Ukraine” dated March 2, 2022. - Ed. ) - immediately began the investigation of Russian war crimes in Ukraine. The UN, which in the medium term will create an international tribunal, authorized to make decisions including in relation to Russian officials who are responsible for these crimes. The Russian right of the veto in the Council of Council of this UN does not apply to the UN General Assembly.

And why in this case it was urgent to amend the disposition of Article 207.3? This is also a question for historians of the future, and I can only say that if Russian troops were actually engaged in somewhere in the restoration of international peace and security, acting together with other countries on the basis of the UN decision and at the request of the legal authority of the injured side, I would only welcome it. [...] But the terrible truth is that last year Russia unleashed an aggressive war in the center of Europe, which cannot be justified or at least explained. Therefore, the wording about "International World and Security" resembles the old and bitter joke of Soviet times about the struggle for peace to the last drop of blood.

Nevertheless, I consider the discrediting of the Russian army as a whole as impossible for a thousand reasons. They were created by those servicemen of the Russian army, who consciously chose to go on trial, refusing to comply with criminal orders. I know that at the moment there are no less than thousands of such people. And to save the honor of any organization, the majority does not need, as history shows, there is enough “one that did not shoot”, even if his name would be lost after decades and centuries. And in the situation, a military feat is a refusal to participate in an unrighteous war, and not combat merits. The accusation claims that I "foresaw the inevitability of dangerous consequences in the form of a negative attitude of society towards the RF Armed Forces." But with my actions I tried to prevent such consequences in the future in the future, when objective assessments of the war, unleashed by our contemporaries, would be given. I called and call Russian soldiers and officers to the non -participation in the “political regime” committed by the same “political regime” in order to maintain both personal dignity and fidelity of military oath, and the idea of ​​military honor in the future. This can be expensive, it can end in a prison term in some cases. But even if the price of the issue is now this, you need to have the courage to pay it in order to stretch out a thin dashed to the future through an inglorious era in order to maintain respect for the very image of a warrior and defender formed in the past.

Today's equalization of aggressors with defenders, which is created by speculations of official Russian propaganda on the topic of World War II, I consider it especially cynical abuse of the memory of those who have actually gave their lives for the liberation of their land from the Nazi invaders. The formation of the same propaganda of the image of the "ukronacist" and the impression that, as part of the USSR, Ukraine fought almost entirely on the side of Hitler - another crime against historical memory. The largest percentage of the title of Hero of the Soviet Union is Ukraine, the most effective partisan movement in the occupied territories is Ukraine and Belarus. Of course, the collaboration also took place there, but the paramilitary type, who called themselves nationalists, were not enough and had no support that collaborated with the invaders of the formation of the paramilitary type. But the 250,000th UPA, announced in the Russian Federation, fought not on the side of Hitler, but against him. And now made by the scarecrow for the inexperienced Russian audience, Bandera Stepan Andreevich, who spent 4 years in Nazi concentration camps, was recognized as a victim of German Nazism at one of the so -called “small Nuremberg processes”. By the way, about the collaboration: Roa fought on the side of Hitler up to the assault on Prague in the spring of 1945, when the victory over him was already a foregone conclusion, while there were about a million bayonets. So, living today in the territory of the Russian Federation, there is no reason to consider themselves descendants of the unique people as part of the USSR, who did not stain themselves with an allied with Hitler in the Second World War.

The recognition of the UPA in the Russian Federation of the UPA with an extremist association had no more practical meaning than if they had declared the army of Alexander the Great, since in both cases we are talking about historical phenomena. But the ideological meaning was in this. As Mr. Medinsky said this year, “history does not correspond, but is completely erased from memory and is written again” ( “History, like an old parchment, was completely handed over and wrote as much as necessary,” - a quote from “1984” by George Orwell. But the quote from Vladimir Medinsky: “If the Soviet myth of the war is outdated, it must be washed, to be cleaned, to be cleaned, to be clean To fill with new content ... И я эту правду о войне успела впитать, потому "перепрошивка" моей личной исторической памяти невозможна. По социологическим опросам 2021 года, 80 процентов украинцев на вопрос о том, что защищали в годы Второй мировой воевавшие в рядах Советской армии украинцы, ответили - "Украину". Потому никакого противоречия в их сознании между борьбой против Гитлера в рядах РККА и УПА нет, и картинка прошлого цельная. А в России война УПА против войск НКВД после завершения оккупации Украины войсками вермахта возведена пропагандой в абсолют, и в трактовке исторических событий возобладала традиция НКВД. Мне очень жаль, что из всех исторически существовавших традиций современная России выбрала именно традицию собственных палачей, превращавших наших предков в лагерную пыль, а не какую-то иную. Выбор был богатый. Не менее богатый, чем у любого из освободившихся из "соцлагеря" народов на сломе эпох в 90-х годах минувшего века. Все выбившееся из этой политической традиции получает клеймо "антирусского" и "нацистского" автоматически. Хотя исторически существовавшие в минувшем веке объединения националистов счеты сводили с большевизмом, а не с исторической Россией и не с этническими русскими тем более.

Итогом очередного эксперимента по подмене памяти стало предательство не только солдат, воевавших с Гитлером, но и тех миллионов неоплаканных жертв ГУЛАГа, на костях которых построен был сомнительного качества "советский рай". Волей случая в материалах моего дела оказалось много описаний плакатов, не имеющих никакой формальной связи ни с предъявленными мне обвинениями, ни с войной, ни с Украиной. В их числе плакаты с призывом воспрепятствовать ликвидации общества "Мемориал" в судебном порядке. Я неоднократно выходила с ним в одиночные пикеты в 2021 году, чтобы привлечь общественное внимание к предстоящей расправе над хранителями неискаженной исторической памяти. В кампанию защиты "Мемориала" входила и петиция, которую мы призывали подписать. Это видно из содержания плакатов. Тогда еще не было до конца понятно никому, почему идет стремительное уничтожение не только правозащитных, но и историкопросветительских организаций, таких как "Международный Мемориал", занимающийся восстановлением по крупицам памяти о жертвах сталинского террора. Сейчас стало понятно, что это была необходимая часть подготовки к началу большой войны. Без уничтожения исторической памяти невозможно было не только утвердить трактовки НКВД в отношении событий Второй мировой в качестве общеобязательной единственной версии. Главное, чему мешала эта память, - расчеловечиванию других народов, оказавшихся тоже заложниками советской системы и ощутивших себя таковыми после ее распада. Потому "Мемориал" стал "иностранным агентом". Ведь другие пострадавшие от репрессий народы теперь были иностранцами, а их выбор преемственности не совпадал с российским. В большинстве своем они оказались на стороне жертв НКВД, а не на стороне чекистов.

Когда создавался "Мемориал", представить себе, что память о прожитой в XX веке трагедии нас не объединит, а разделит, было невозможно. Но потомки тех, чьи кости нашли вечное упокоение в обнаруженных или еще не найденных расстрельных рвах на российской территории, оказались "подозрительными иностранцами", связь с которыми указывает на враждебность России и преследуется по закону, если не отмечена ярлыком "иноагента". Показательно то, что против сотрудников "Мемориала" начали возбуждать уголовные дела именно в связи с "оправданием нацизма". Саму организацию еще в 2021 году пытались обвинить примерно в том же из-за ошибочного включения в более чем трехмиллионный список жертв политических репрессий трех человек, которые на самом деле сотрудничали с немецкими оккупационными администрациями и выполняли для них грязную работу. Одна ошибка на миллион точных свидетельств о чьих-то загубленных жизнях! Ошибка, которая не могла возникнуть, если бы были открыты архивы. Этого оказалось достаточно, чтобы говорить о связи "Мемориала" и нацизма, потому что это имело пропагандистское значение в процессе "перепрошивки" массового сознания. Ведь в сверхновой, а на самом деле хорошо забытой старой, парадигме мышления войну с Гитлером выиграла никакая не антигитлеровская коалиция, и даже не СССР в качестве многонационального государства, а товарищ Сталин и НКВД исключительно. Вклад остальных обесценен. А кто против Сталина и НКВД, тот и есть "нацист" или "пособник нацистов". А победа над Гитлером использовалась для оправдания всей этой кровавой каши, которая этой организацией творилась. Ну отчего же не воспользоваться заготовкой, оправдав этой победой претензии современной России на особую роль в новом веке, если она - наследница именно НКВД? Главное-то здесь - убедить население России в том, что они - "народ-победитель", а остальные их недооценили, поэтому они могут "взять свое" сами по праву сильного.

Но и это не единственная заготовка XX века, использованная технологами "перепрошивки". Я все гадала, как же они обойдут тот очевидный факт, что объявленные главными врагами России Великобритания и США были союзниками в двух мировых войнах? Его легко не обошли, а объехали на кривой козе по имени "англосаксонское доминирование", с которым надо, разумеется, "покончить". Один глаз эта коза потеряла в 1945-м, но оказалась живучей тварью. Доит ее этот новоявленный политический режим, ездит на ней и нарадоваться не может. Даже в материалах моего уголовного дела достаточно ее следов на листах с опровержениями от Минобороны. Коза эта следует лишь по одному маршруту, и конец старой "козьей тропы" - международный трибунал.

Я уверена в том, что он будет, уверена в том, что международные преступники будут названы поименно, что в открытых процессах на весь мир прозвучат убедительные доказательства их вины. Я уверена и в том, что Украина рано или поздно восстановит свою территориальную целостность в границах 2013 года, а какое количество ее городов и сел будет к этому моменту числиться за регионами РФ, никого в мире интересовать не будет. Ну а победу в этой войне Украина одержала в первые же ее недели, о чем я и говорила в одной из вменяемых мне в вину публикаций. Потому что даже ярые апологеты военного вторжения, если были чужды лукавства, говорили о цели этой новой военной кампании 2022 года откровенно: это поглощение Украины, прекращение ее бытия в качестве суверенного государства на своей территории. Цель достигнута не была, а после отступления российской армии на Киевском и Черниговском направлениях ясно стало, что она уже достигнута не будет. Даже американским военным экспертам, прогнозировавшим 24.02.2022 падение Киева максимум за 4 дня, долгую партизанскую войну на оккупированных территориях с правительством в изгнании, все стало ясно. Прогноз не сбылся. Это, кстати, тоже к вопросу об "англосаксонском доминировании западных кукловодов" и прочей ненаучной фантастике. Все оказалось куда проще: из этих краев всегда выгоняли захватчиков. Выгонят и теперь. То, что на сей раз захватчики говорят по-русски, на результат не повлияет, потому что лишь защита родины может мотивировать любой народ мобилизовать все ресурсы. А родина не там, где ее может в любой день назначить Госдума. И дух предков, победивших Гитлера, помогает сейчас Украине, а не России, напавшей с 12-кратным превосходством в одной только авиации на куда более слабого в военном отношении противника.

Я глубоко уважаю Украину за ее мужество и восхищаюсь тем, как ее граждане отстаивают свою свободу, но я не украинка. Я не могу приписывать себе украинскую идентичность, хотя не единожды за восемь лет выходила под флагом этой страны на антивоенные акции протеста. Я не прошла с Украиной 30-летний путь постсоветской модернизации через взлеты и падения, ошибки и исправление их последствий, надежды на справедливость после первого Майдана и разочарование, через огонь второго Майдана и последовавшие за ним реформы, дающие надежду, но не оправдавшие всех ожиданий, через надежды на дипломатическое решение конфликта в 2014 году и крах надежд на фоне холодного невнимания мирового сообщества, заигравшегося в "реальную политику" с Россией и не видящего приближения беды. Я не имею морального права на произвольное присвоение украинской идентичности, которое определяется не "вопросами крови", а опытом жизни.

Мою родину выдернул у меня из-под ног тот самый "политический режим", и она называлась Россией. Именно с ней я проходила свой путь, потому виню себя в том, что серьезность угрозы осознала слишком поздно. 2014 год - это поздно. Подмена и та самая "перепрошивка" сознания к тому моменту уже наполовину состоялись, хотя надежда предотвратить развитие событий по катастрофическому сценарию все еще была.

А сейчас я хочу сказать весьма непопулярное среди тех, кто "ждет с томленьем упованья минуты вольности святой": Россия не будет счастливой. Не может быть счастливой страна, причинившая Украине столько боли, столько смертей, столько невозвратимых утрат созданными трудами поколений ценностей. И список потерь еще не полный, и война продолжает его пополнять ежедневно. Счастье и прохождение "на позитивчике" в светлое будущее России нарушило бы закон высшей справедливости. А он не нарушался никогда в истории человечества, только воплощался по-разному. Не всегда в откровенном варианте "семи казней египетских".

Диктатуры смертны, особенно пошедшие вразнос. Но последствия их воздействия на души людские изживаются иногда в нескольких поколениях. И это предполагает сознательное взятие на себя ответственности за страну и включение себя в процесс трудный и болезненный по выправлению деформаций, затронувших все стороны жизни покалеченной страны и ставших настолько привычными, что их будут непременно защищать из-за неумения без них обходиться. Вот эта защита и может стать худшей альтернативой "семи казням". Потому что ею займутся внешне милые и обаятельные люди, уверяющие, что самый гуманный вариант выхода общества из тупика - заключить "пакт забвения", примирение без справедливости на быстро перевернутой странице.

Так примерно и произошло на моих глазах, после того как "союз нерушимый" слинял в три дня, а нас подхватила и понесла на крыльях эйфория свободы. Доставшейся даром свободы в качестве подарка судьбы к совершеннолетию. "Чистый лист", с которого мы начали, очень быстро оказался заляпан кровью. Потому что иначе и быть не могло. Потому что не может стать счастливой страна, где едва ли не каждый однажды в чем-то предал себя или другого, произнеся предписанные слова вместо честных, промолчав там, где надо было защитить. Не может быть счастливой страна, где цинизм стал привычной защитной реакцией, а различение добра и зла - признаком безумия. Не может быть счастливой страна, боящаяся исследовать свое прошлое ради того, чтобы знать поименно его героев и преступников, отдать долг справедливости и тем и другим, оплакать невинных жертв преступлений. Куда проще "великодушно" простить боль тех поколений. А простить себе самим страдания другого народа будет еще проще.

Только в том случае, если у России хватит мужества взглянуть на себя в зеркало, которое ей предоставит в обозримом будущем окружающий мир, взглянуть, ужаснуться себе самой и не отворачиваться; если его хватит, чтобы встать на путь национального покаяния и двигаться по нему шаг за шагом - только тогда одному из следующих поколений станет доступно трудное счастье свободных людей, сопряженное с ответственностью.

А пока я вижу даже у тех, кто с этим пресловутым "политическим режимом" не особо дружен, главным образом жалость к себе, утратившим возможности и перспективы, мне хочется не торопить восход "звезды пленительного счастья". Я боюсь, что ее снова деловито снимут с неба, чтобы раздробить на стразы, как уже однажды на моей памяти было. И боюсь я этого куда больше, чем тюремного срока.

Если после представления обвинением своих доказательств мне не было понятно, в чем меня обвиняют, то теперь пазл сложился: к формулировке "заведомо недостоверные сведения" это отношения не имеет. И в основном усилия следствия были направлены не на то, чтобы обосновать заведомость или ложность конкретных публикаций, а на выявление моей враждебности к "действующему политическому режиму".

Да, я враг, и враг открытый. Это наследственное. Я не простила этой злой силе троих бабушкиных братьев, отправленных на 10 лет в лагеря за частушку про пятилетки. Из них вернулся лишь один в 1956-м. Не простила 10 лет на лесоповале за работу 1 мая в своем огороде и шутку про "выполнение своей пятилетки" для сестры моей прабабушки по отцовской линии. И видя, что это зло вернулось, моим долгом было крикнуть: "Будь ты проклято!". Смеяться над напыщенными пафосными глупостями - это тоже наследственное, и я в списках "Мемориала" по меньшей мере четвертая из семьи. Но враждебность не означает, что я прибегала к такому унизительному для меня же самой приему, как клевета. Если это неважно, а тюремным сроком оценивается само отношение и убедительность моих слов, а не способ выражения позиции, то запрашиваемые обвинением 7 лет лишения свободы я считаю достойной и даже лестной оценкой своих трудов.
