The Moskovsky District Court of St. Petersburg fined the television operator Tricolor one million rubles for broadcasting the film Game with Keys. This was reported in the telegram channel of the joint press service of the city courts.

As the press service of the court notes, on June 22, “Game with Keys” was removed from broadcast. Moreover, in May this film was watched by users of 122 devices. Roskomnadzor's claims arose due to 11 scenes of the film; the release provides time codes for four of them. In these scenes, as the press service writes, “the girls hint at the permissibility of sexual interaction between representatives of the same biological sex,” “the male characters walk in the park and confess their feelings to each other,” “the connection and love between men is demonstrated,” as well as “a scene of sexual intercourse between two men is shown.”
Tricolor itself indicated that since December 2022, their editors have fully reviewed more than two thousand materials, ultimately censoring about a thousand of them. In particular, 184 materials were permanently removed from publication, another 25 were censored and returned, and the age labeling of 790 materials was corrected.
