On his Instagram, Shainian wrote that he planned a trip to Kyrgyzstan, but decided to abandon it: "Still, I was not in vain I refused a trip to Kyrgyzstan: I would have been arrested and sent to Russia today." Both Kyrgyzstan and Russia are included in the organization of a collective security agreement (CSTO), to which there is a common database of the search.

The criminal prosecution of the journalist became known in July, when Rosfinmonitoring brought him to the "List of terrorists and extremists." In this list, the names of those people are marked with a star against whom a criminal case has been instituted under a terrorist article. Shainan does not have such a star - probably, in his case, we are talking about an “extremist” article.

Since 2020, a journalist has been led by a YouTube channel, he has more than 200 thousand subscribers. Several programs come out on the channel. In particular, “Quirography” is a documentary series about the life of Quire-Kludians in different cities of Russia, as well as Straight Talk with Gay People -a YouTube show with the participation of open Quir-loves, including world-famous ones.
