“One socially significant incident occurred related to the explosion of a hand grenade on the territory of an orphanage, as a result of which four people were injured,” the emergency services said in a statement.

“Minister of Health of the LPR” Natalia Pashchenko said that the grenade was blown up by a 30-year-old man, his condition is assessed as extremely serious.
“A man born in 1993, who blew up a grenade in a Krasnodon orphanage, suffered a traumatic amputation of his right hand and multiple shrapnel wounds,” said Pashchenko (quoted by RT).
