In the Paninsky district in the north of the Voronezh region, a state of emergency was introduced due to the discovery of an anthrax outbreak.
The decree on the state of emergency was signed by the governor of the region, Alexander Gusev. According to the decree, it is temporarily prohibited:
— visit the territory by unauthorized persons;
— move susceptible animals;
— import and export susceptible animals;
— send susceptible animals to slaughter to obtain products;
— export milk and slaughter products of susceptible animals;
- prepare and transport feed;
- enter and exit by car (with the exception of those participating in the elimination of the anthrax outbreak and carrying humanitarian aid);
- hunt wild animals.
