Residents of Donskaya Balka collected signatures for Shelar’s dismissal from kindergarten and complained about her to the district education department. The head of the district, Natalya Konkina , said that the security forces carried out an investigation, but “no grounds were found to initiate a case of an administrative violation.” Konkina also spoke about Shelar’s decision to quit: “At the same time, the head of the kindergarten Shelar S.N. sent a resignation letter to the education department, it was approved,” she wrote.
